Love to order from this store online, but it is not set-up with an easy return policy for item that do not fit. You must call and get the address. This is like stone age stuff for a large awesome company. For the past 10 years all other on-line store include a return shipment bar code sticker even if they take the postage out of your refund. If an online store does not include it they will email it to you for printing. Like I said, " I love this stores merchandise, but they need an up-date on returns."

Lady at Fitting Room told my wife the Fitting Room was already closed but "I can let you try that a few pieces but you have to hurry because the store was about to close" she said. Question: Does the fitting rooms close before store closes? If yes, they should close clothing department as well before store closes.
