Was treated very poorly by a store manager when I was just in to exchange a couple of items and bought way more than what I exchanged. She challenged me on a pair of pants that I returned, saying she thought I wore them multiple times and washed them, ehen I had in fact only worn them for a few hours until I noticed the poor quality of them and that the stitching was coming out under the zipper and they were too big. Obviously I didnt wash them and she essentially acted like I was being dishonest and made me feel like they were doing me a favor "this time" by accepting the return... I have spent a LOT of money at Old Navy over the years and that incident makes me question ever returning. I went on to spend more money than what my exchange equalled, which I should have just put back up. I should have gotten her name, because I would really like to call corporate on her. Ill stick to the Carmel store if I ever go back in the future.

This is the biggest Old Navy in Indianapolis! The new layout is very user-friendly and the changing rooms are always available. The quick change stations also help! This Old Navy has the best selection among the 3 in Indy- they always have a good variety of styles, and when I find a style I like, its always in stock in my size! And the employees are young, helpful, friendly, welcoming, and engaging!

Customer service was reprehensible. Dress was clearly marked as on sale but didnt ring up as so. When I questioned it I was made to feel like a jerk. I had to then ask a manager who was even less friendly, made a big deal of returning my money and then attempted to give me back even less than the marked discount. Will not return.

Not happy with service. Did not have sale shirts in stock, wanted to send me else where to get them or pay extra to order and ship to me. Then sale signs did not match items after all. And really did not want to make right.

Go into an Old Navy pretty much anywhere and its the same. So the inventory is consistent. Its an easy location to get to and not overly crowded. The staff was friendly and smiled a lot.

This store was unorganized. They advertise sales and coupons then when your checking out say they are online only. Customer service is a joke.
