Ad in Sunday paper said all Animal Planet items were 60% off. Went specifically to look at these. There was no display in the store. I asked someone for help and they said there were a few dog beds in the storage room. They went to get them for me and all they had were small beds. They said they would be getting more in sometime soon. Well, the ad in Sundays paper said they had them in now, so thanks, but no thanks. Also noticed that there was an empty box in with the other boxes of coffee carousels. If they used the contents of that box for the display, they could at least not put the empty box back on the shelf where someone could mistakenly buy it. I got the impression that this was a very poorly managed store. On my way out, I discarded the coupons I had in my hand for Belk. There are far too many competitors I can go to rather than to have my time wasted with their nonsense!

I called to find out if a dress was in stock (had seen it in another store but not in my size) and was "disconnected" twice before being put on hold for 15 mins before I finally hung up. I was on my way to the store, but would have liked to save on the gas and 20 mins it took to get there since the dress was not in stock at that Belk location. When I got there, there were hardly any customers in the store, so there was no excuse for the poor customer service. I will not be returning to this Belk location.

THIS BELK OVERALL HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I WENT TO THE ESTEE LAUDER COUNTER TO PURCHASE THE DOUBLE WEAR FOUNDATION. THEY INFORMED ME IF I DID A PRE-ORDER I WOULD GET A FREE GIFT SO I SAID WHY NOT AS LONG AS I GET IT BEFORE MY TRIP TO VEGAS WHICH WAS 4/10/2017. THEY SAID IT WILL SHIP ON 3/30/2017 AND MAY TAKE UP TO 10DAYS. TODAY IS 4/29/2017 AND I HAVE NOT YET RECIEVD ANYTHING! I CALLED SEVERAL TIME AND STILL HAVENT RECIEVED ANYTHING!

Went out of my way to drive to Mt Juliet for the Clinique bonus at Belk yesterday. When I got there, I was told the bonus ended on the 14th, however the website says it ends the 18th. SO MAD!
