Rats falling from the ceiling! Rude employees who are probably disgruntled at this person "Sandy" who appeared to be the one in change and barking orders to them like they are dogs. Equipment lying around and clothing on the floor while employees chit chat and do nothing. No surprise as to why this chain is going down hill. I only hope this is one of the stores to close.

Big clothing store like any typical JCPenny, but maybe a bit too big. There are some parts of the store where there are a lot less employees and it can be hard to find somebody to help you. Then there are other parts that are completely abandoned and kind of scary.

Love getting clothes here. Staff is very helpful and go out your way to help you.They will tell you, if you ask them, if something doesnt look right when your trying on an outfit. Store is kept clean also.
