This place treated my dog like complete trash. NEVER go to their grooming salon. They wanted to muzzle my dog when I had proof of rabies vaccinations and my dog showed no aggression towards them. The groomers as well as the employees there are oblivious and arent respectful towards customers. Skip this place if youre going to try out their grooming salon. My poor dog still needs a groomer :(

As far as I can tell, best prices around on cat food and litter. Toys, beds, and cat condos are kinda pricey. Only downside is the cats up near the front. Breaks my heart when they stare at me and say "Take us home you fat bastard, we know you have room for more cats!" lol Poor kitties. I wish I could take em all home.

First of all trying to get anything in that store is near impossible if you need assistance I just stood there for 25 minutes trying to get crickets and worms for my lizard not only did I asked 3 times for assistance but the third time the girl rolled her eyes at me and didnt even acknowledge me once

This grooming salon caged my dog for three hours instead of calling me to tell me they would be behind. This location already has a bad reputation for leaving animals in the back for a long time, one in 2014 even resulted in a death of a beautiful Newfoundland. Take your pet elsewhere.

The trainer Kourtney is great. Other staff... Hit or miss. Ive been treated great and like a complete idiot. Store is clean and the GM is always kinds. All and all Id recommend anyone to go here. I Just wish customer service was important to all employees.

Not Knocking Petsmart but the employee we encountered was extremely rude. We wanted to buy a Gerbil for our kids and we had already picked out a cage....apparently the cake we picked out was too small because we were told to go home and "do some research".

Great selection cat food and products and dog food and products! Good prices! Best of all three major pet stores in my area. We also did puppy and dog training and were very pleased with the outcome. Everybody at the store is very helpful and friendly.

I bought nightcrawlers for my axolotl and first of all, they were advertised as 12 nightcrawlers and there was probably only about 9 in there and one was already dead. It was very thin, bright pink, and just looked like it had been dead for a while.

I just picked up my two Yorkies from the PetSmart grooming salon in Mentor, OH. Jena was their groomer, and she did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend her services to a friend! Thank you, Jena. :)

They have fantastic groomers, in particular, Adrienne,is wonderful. She used a grinder on my dogs nails. Then helped me find exactly the collar I needed to help with leash pulling. Btw, shes my daughter.
