Elizabeth is small with red hair, big in heart and has fantastic grooming skills: She takes such loving care of my Brittina. I bring her in mainly for her nails. Our floors are ceramic throughout the house and slippery for a 14 year old Dachshund. Elizabeth cuts then grinds them so carefully to just the right height to prevent sliding. Shes my new friend in Port Charlotte and Petco is lucky to have her. Christine

This had to be one of the worst experiences ever! I will never return to this store. Its unfortunate they are understaffed and you cant even get assistance when needed. When asked a question and 5 hen told Ill be right back and walk to the back for 5 minutes before returning is unacceptable.

Employees are friendly enough but the salt water tanks are dirty. Today they had dead fish and very cloudy. I couldnt make my self buy anything and risk contaminating my tank. Please hire someone that cares to take care of the fish. I am tired of driving to Sarasota to buy fish.

So i went in just to take a look at the salt water fish selection. They had three purple tangs on sale for $99. Two of them covered in ich. Kenya corals and other frags near death. I feel sorry for the fish anyone who buys from this place. Always quarantine your fish!

Went in to find something. Needed help could not find anyone working other than one person working at the register, with a line of people. Got flustered and walked out. Two employees outside standing by the door smoking. Very unprofessional.

My daughter and I went in this morning to look around. We ended up coming home with a tank and a beta fish. Paige is absolutely AMAZING!! Im going to be calling tomorrow to let the manager know how GREAT she was to us. Thanks Paige.

Very nice store. Great customer service. Excellent grooming! Everything is well organized and so easy to find. Superior organization! Not as big as some Petcos but just as wonderful.
