The people here are SO friendly and VERY knowledgeable! I took my puppy there because she was allergic to a food and they helped me find one that worked for us. They really love animals and it is evident in how they provide excellent service to their guests. My dogs both love going there and I love their huge selection and reasonable prices (and the staff is the best!). I actually drive about 45 minutes JUST to go here because theyre so great.

Ashley sat in front of me and counted out exactly 36 tiny crickets and I believe their were less. The manager sat there and watched while she explained her counting in a scarastic tone. 5.00 for 34 extra tiny crickets with attitude, not getting my business.

Always going here to get our dogs their blue buffalo. They have a good rewards program, pretty good - you buy 10 bags and get one free, which is pretty good for the expensive dog food we buy. Staff is friendly too

Expensive and the staff didnt know much about animals had to inform them 2 separate types of birds shouldnt b in the same cage as the larger birds were attacking the smaller birds

Friendly staff. Prices can be lower on the dog food. More discointd should be available. The store does have a wide variety of pet foods and supplies of all kinds.

Prices tend to be more then the usual pet store, even for common items. They do sell upscale pet food and items that are hard to find.
