When I first entered the store, I was happy to see how similar the shop is to many others in the Orlando area that featured high quality dog’s chews, treats, and foods. I was looking forward to hearing what food they would recommend for my friends 3-4-month-old puppy and to buying my dog a chew toy. That is, until my friend very politely talked to the store employee about puppy food only for him to say, "Puppy food is a myth". The employee walked away without dismissing himself and without any help. Regardless, I went ahead a picked a chew and went to ring up. As we start the transaction the same employee as before asked us "What do you feed your dog?" and as we answered he proceeded to do nothing to criticize our food choice, where our food came from, and even went to the extent of saying "any food in this store is better and higher quality than what you are feeding." We didnt ask for this advice in the first place, let alone such an aggressive and insulting car sales man approach to trying to sell me the raw feed you guys endorse. We literally went there just to get advice on puppy food and a chew and ended up getting zero guidance on what to feed a puppy, and I really wish I just didnt even get the chew. I appreciate advice on how to better care for my dog and suggestions on what will improve her life. I appreciate knowing what to avoid. But the fact is, you dont have to be rude to get customers and make sales. And to have turned away my friend who was looking to find a proper diet for her puppy is, to me, a contradictory business choice as you missed the chance to make a sale and educate another pet parent. I will never set foot near this shop and will stick to some of the other stores that do the same thing but are much kinder to me and my dog.

TERRIBLE. Last weekend I walked in with my fur babies, never been to the place before. A woman with blue and purple hair greeted us at the door, told me my babies fur and coats were beautiful then asked what I fed them. Working in the veterinary field for 5 years and counting I have been through many foods, researched and found what worked best for my angels. I proceeded to say I fed them Science diet. She then told me that it wasnt a good food, that they have better food there than science diet like "gain free" food. She also told me her dog had an allergy to science diet. Not all dogs have the same allergies, grain free means nothing. Dogs dont have allergies to the gain like people do..its the meat in the food they have the allergy to. ALSO science diet does 7 YEARS of research and study on their foods before distributing it into the public. Science diet is made by a DOCTOR and has had no recalls. Most of the dog food out there dont do reaserch on their foods, you dont even know what youre feeding your pets. Please make sure your employees and staff are enducated in food and each brand if youre going to have them recommend food. Also make sure the staff has better customer service, you never know whos going to be walking into your store and rude, uneducated staff members will cost you customers.

My German Shepherd was having an issue with diarreah and Chris & the really kind grooming lady(Im sorry I didnt get her name), really came through for us as our vet is closed on the last weekend of every month. They helped in suggesting pumpkin I bought from them especially made for dogs & cats, and the diarreah stopped & my dog seems healthy & happy. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

If there was a zero, Id put it. Our fur babies were cut horribly, didnt get their nails grinded, and one of our fur babies had both of his ears clipped. He still hasnt fully recuperated, and this was 2 weeks ago. The only good thing that happened was that we were given our money back, after a long an offensive (towards us and our fur babies) debate.

Ive been here a couple of times shopping and for grooming services for my pets as it is 2 mins from me. Unfortunately, I havent had a good experience with the staff. Not too friendly and my pets turned out just OK. I went back to using my pets prior groomer whos over 30 mins away.
