One star for the availability of high quality pet food. My husband and I were in WPB in Lake Mary today and there was plaintive crying from the back. It was heart rending for those of us who have a heart. We were unable to shop. When I saw the poor beagle being tortured by a fearful blower in the back, I asked how dry did he have to be and was told until he was completely dry - about 15 minutes. I also asked why someone could not just be with him until the big noise and blowing were complete. I received no answer. I did receive belligerent argument of why it was okay to leave the little dog in such distress. There were two ladies in there -- one a cashier and heavy set woman who was nothing if not argumentative. The little beagle continued to moan with fear. She could have cared less about how fearful he was. She informed us that she had worked 12 years in veterinary and that the dog had to be blowed to get dry. My husband and I left after I put the little dogs plight on video. We will not go in there again - for grooming or shopping. My question to the owner : Is this really the way you want your business to be represented? There did not seem to be an ounce of compassion between the two employees. The gist of the event was its just a dog and he is not being hurt no matter how stressed he is. Stress is a killer to animals. 12 years of veterinary would have exhibited that to an intelligent mind. Of course her mind could have been blowed. In the beginning this establishment was much better than currently. I am saddened to see it has regressed.

Absolute waste of money and extremely rude people. My animals are scared to go there. I will no longer bring my animals to this place. Tired of being overcharged, and being treated like i need their services. There are many other groomers in Lake Mary to choose from. I would advise you all to stay away. I dont agree with how they handle my dogs, and with the way they treat customers. They should be fined for abuse and shut down. Do your beloved pets a favor and stay away from this place.

We brought our Portuguese Water Dog in today to have her hair cut. We have tried numerous other groomers that said they can give a proper PWD cut and this is the first groomer that gave us back a PWD instead of a Poodle. We will be bringing our PWD here to be groomed from now on! Excellent job! #lakemary #pwd #grooming

Great place for high quality dog and cat food. I have been going here for close to 3 years. Recently it has gone under new ownership but so far still seems to be managed well. Grooming here is also well done with professional groomers.
