Shopkeep Fernando really knows how to obtain customer loyalty! His knowledge is unquestionable and Id trust my birds in his hands in a heartbeat. I bought a bird from him at Renas Pet Supplies two years ago (best two years of my life since Ive brought this perfect bird home) and I come back for all of our needs such as quality food, toys, and grooming. I recently purchased a beautiful cage that was impossible to find anywhere else for less than $800 and I got it at Renas for $350! Fernando even delivered it to my home for a nominal fee. My birds and I are beyond happy with the goods and services offered at Renas!

I live on the other side of town and I come to this store despite having another bird retailer close by. Amazing service! The breath of knowledge that the owners know is deep! He has been working with birds forever and I wouldnt trust anyone else. I always get 3 bags of Harrisons for my african grey and the price is the best in central florida. Trust me Ive checked! If you own a bird and you NEEd to come here! I just love this place!

I drive for 2 hrs each way to visit Renas Pet Supplies. I purchased my baby Quaker, the cage and all the food and supplies there. The baby is super healthy and smart! Fernando is expert at taking care of all the birds. They always keep the store super clean. The his prices are always the BEST! I couldnt ask for more. Thank you so much Fernando!!!!

Fernando is excellent at bird grooming, provides very valuable advice and is always a pleasure to deal with - it would be very hard for us to find a replacement grooming place for our bird. RUDE STAFF I stood at the counter over 5 minutes, waiting and when the cashier finally came to the cash register she made eye contact, ignored me and began ringing up a white woman behind me even after the woman said to ring me up first because I was waiting first. I left everything on the counter and walked out.
