I have taken my dogs here since this place opened, before the monthly rate membership, and after. Why I continue to bring all 3 of my dogs here any more I dont know. They used to be pleasant to deal with, now not so much. Its hard to find a regular groomer that does the grooming like you , the customer wants. In the beginning it was great. Then the membership thing took over and I couldnt get an appointment because they were full doing members cash customers were forgotten. I heard they stopped the membership so I came back. The problem now is the employees do the cuts on peoples dogs as they feel like, NOT what the customer wants. I tell them exactly what I want done, detailed so they understand. Each time Im told they will put it in the computer. They DO NOT ENETER IT IN THE COMPUTER. Today I paid $100.00 for 2 of my dogs, my shi Tzu the dog Im most picky about how I want her cut, was shaved bald. When I called to complain the girl knew the mistake had been done. My next visit is free, but the job I paid for today Im stuck with. My poor baby girl looks awful and this is how she will look for the 4th of July holiday. Heres a fact for the owner to think about, my dog is representing the quality of grooming in her shop as I bring her to the lake front firework display celebration. When the word of mouth advertising stops being positive for the shop, plus all the other dissatisfied customers spread the word, how long before everyone knows not to take their animals there. To the owner: when you pay me to take my dogs there you can do the cut YOU want, but i am paying you to do as I want or dont bother to waist time asking me when I drop them off. Please go back to how good your place was when you opened. Thats when your shop was great.

I usually take my dogs here to get a full service grooming, and they come out great! The prices are a great as well, however, today I had dropped off one of my dogs at the pet salon. 3 hours had passed, and I didnt receive a call. Then I called to ask about how my dog doing, and i was trying to apologize if they did call and I didnt pick up due to no service on my phone. The lady on the phone yelled at me while I was trying to explain, and demanded my phone number. Turned out they had the wrong number on file, even though I COME SO MANY TIMES!!!! AND they had called me before!!!! She continued to give me attitude by telling me my dog had been ready. I was very disappointed, I wanted to have a membership with them but after that phone call not anymore! The employees need to learn to relax!

Owner has no customer service! She is very rude! By the way she has no name because she did not want to identify herself. I have never had any encounters with any of the employees. She should learn from them. Took my yorkie in for the usual; nail grinding and the owner wanted to charge me double for the same service I had brought my dog in many times before. Instead of $5 she wanted to charge me $10. When I mentioned thats not what I usually pay she said I was giving her attitude. There was a sign posted on the counter stating nail grinding $5. Did she really expect me to pay double and walk out with a smile??? This is exactly how new businesses go down the drain so quick! Bad management and terrible customer service! Will not return or refer any friends or family to them!!!!

I have come in and checked this place out several times to see if I just caught them on a bad day. No ran poorly. When I went in to check, there was a dog leashed in the hallway standing over poop. Obviously not walked. I came in again to check it out really busy. I came back with my dog after making apt and my dog didnt want to go and she dragged my dog to the back and put him in a kennel that smelled like pee. He did not want the girl to touch him and tried to bite her, so I took him home. They over book. This business is a cash cow for them and your pet when left is treated as such. Poor customer service.

I took my 4 year old Black lab mix to get his first grooming. He was VERY nervous but the staff here was kind and patient with my little boy. They werent sure they could do it but tried. I stood right by him the whole time and everything was a success! He has A LOT of hair, so I wanted him to be cooler in the summer when we take him out. He got shaved down, bathed and pedicure. Hes just so cute now! ( well I think he cant be un-cute no matter what he does) These ladies at Just 4 dogs did a great job with him! Im very happy and I will be bringing him in regularly!

Grooming is good. They had a monthly package and due to staffing theyre canceling it. I wouldve changed the Reservation thats in place instead of canceling the mom highly membership. The reservation they have right now is horrible. Dont miss an appointment, it will take them a week to take your pet again.

My wife and I rescue our dog Rossie back in March after about 2 months we took her in for a wash,the staff was very friendly and kind and made Rossies experience wonderful.we would be taking Rossie here all the time. Thankfully you for such a great experience
