I was greeted with a smile and verbal greeting as soon as I cracked the door. Ive never seen so many brands of dog food in one place in my life. I was in awe, for a few moments, and had to calm down. Another worker saw that I couldnt make up my mind and told me about the different brands. I told her my Weimeraner loved "Taste Of The Wild," and I suggested some more costly brands, but, instead of blindly up selling me, she told me to stick with that. The shelves were full and everything in this store is neat. The prices on what I bought were comparable with Tractor Supply Company, which is sort of all we really have in Aiken. Some of the prices were higher, on certain brands, and some lower. The TOTW was the same. You need to get a discount card to get the discount price. They DID NOT have any can food bigger than 13.2 oz., which perturbed me, but, overall, this store rocks, and Ill go back, just for the service.

I forgot dog food for my pupper so I looked up the closest local pet food store and was 100% happy with this one!! It was pouring rain when we went in and I looked around for a while and asked a few employees some questions, then also bought a few treats (I dont remember what they were, possibly pigs feet? they were so cheap I literally couldnt walk away and my dog LOVED them!). Employees were all nice and knowledgeable, and when I was feeding my dog outside of the store (under the awning, because, remember, the rain), someone asked if we needed help. So I might have looked homeless but I like to think that thats just the kind of people that shop at that wonderful store! If I ever head back up to Columbia I will drop by this store and see what treats are on sale, for sure! :)

Its OK the people that work there are berry good people and really helpful and they make sure you are satisfied. My problem its with all most all my tropical fish I purchase they were all sick with ick and other diseases they had the tanks on treatment and never notify me about it and still sold me the fish now all my fish got infected and now the 14 day guarantee its over and my fish its still dieing not to mention I had to buy all this type of medicine berry desapoited

Love this store and the employees are always helpful, informed about the products, and pleasant. Compared to other stores like Petco, their prices cant be beat. If you shop at the Bi-Lo across the street, you can even get coupons printed on the back of your receipt for $5 off $50. I shop here exclusively for my 3 dogs, who all require quality grain free food.

Good chain store. Helpful staff and a great selection of pet needs. Frequent deals and discounts. Pets are allowed. The parking lot is large and the store is not typically busy. Good hours for evening needs. You wont find experts here, as much of the staff is new, but theyll answer your questions as best they can.

Pet Supplies PLUS assistance from a meth head redneck. The employees of this store are clueless and just terrible to have to interact with. Just another store with an uneducated staff that further proves that not only is customer service dead but that the South Carolina education system is failing miserably.

Decent selection and prices that werent crazy high for a smaller store. Plenty of people working, yet service was lacking. No, I usually stand watching fish for 20 minutes and dont need help. I bought mine elsewhere since nobody here was interested in making the sale.

Very helpful staff and excellent selection of cages for small animals! :) When I called with questions, staff I spoke with on the phone didnt sound bored, bothered, or annoyed. They took the time to answer my questions and did not make me feel rushed or brushed off.

I am always greeted with a friendly hello and a smile. I can go to any pet store and have tried PetSmart, etc. but I like the "hometown" feel and the friendliness here the best. Their prices are usually as good or better than other pet stores.

Local, clean, conscientious. Excellent selection of non-junk pet foods, toys, caring and considerate staff, a DIY doggy wash station and mobile vets visiting every Saturday all in clean and local store.
