Terrible Grooming Experience!! I had called earlier in the week to set an appointment for my little girl on Friday for a bath and nail grind. When I walked in, they couldnt find me in the system at first - turns out they had scheduled my appointment for a month from Friday... They said they would still be able to squeeze us in for the day, but it would take a little longer than the usual 3-4 hours and theyd call me when she was ready to be picked up. It was close to 6 hours later and I hadnt received a phone call yet, so I decided to go back to PetSmart and my baby had been ready for 2 hours and nobody called me to come get her!!!!! It took them nearly 10 minutes to get her out of the cage because she was terrified!!! And worse yet, when I got my baby home, she ran straight for her water dish and drank basically the whole bowl which leaves me to believe they never checked on her or gave her any water... I am NEVER giving PetSmart any of my business ever again!!!

I shop here fairly often for my dog, and weve used the groomer numerous times. Other than it taking a long time ( I have a smooth coated dog, no trimming or cutting required) and the person at the front of the grooming room asking if we wanted services that are not applicable to a short, smooth coated dog, the service we did receive were well done. Keep in mind this is simply a bath, ears cleaned and nails trimmed. We requested his nails be filed smooth, and they were. The store itself is clean and the staff is always friendly. Honestly the only thing that is wrong with the place is the mark up on some products. For example the deer/elk antlers are grossly over priced. You can get them online for less than half the price in the store, most of the time with free shipping. I do wish they offered grain free treats at the register. They have milkbones for pups, but for my grain-sensitive mutt they are bone-shaped bad news that leads to itching and whining.

Great customer service PetSmart. NOT! So I arrive at 6:59 pm on Sunday. They close at 7pm. I just wasted 10 minutes of my life having the manager explain to me why I cant enter the store to purchase a leash for my dog. I arrived at 6:59pm while he was locking the door with about 6 people still checking out. He said if he let me in that he would have to let everyone in. I was the only one in the parking lot trying to get in. He was just flat out rude about it. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Can anyone recommend another pet store that would like my guaranteed $100+ per month? ‪#‎PetSmart‬ ‪#‎Terrible‬

This store has deteriorated after many good employees have left. Coming to petsmart used to be something we looked forward to. Not only was the staff helpful, they were extremely friendly and gave the store a "family" feel to it. Im terrible with names, but I really miss the tall bald man, the bald man with the beard, and I havent seen that ponytail guy or the girl with short hair who worked by the fish for awhile either. The store feels awkward now and the service isnt at the same high standard it once was.

Our family has shopped here since it opened and always had positive experiences. We have bought several hamsters from here and had great luck with them living their full life expectancy. Recently, we purchased a hamster for my daughter there and it died several weeks later. BC, the store manager was very accommodating, concerned and willing to help with getting us a new hamster. I appreciate his kindness and my daughter loves her new hamster. She is doing great and fitting into our family well.

Stephanie in the fish and aquatic center helped me tremendously. I bought a 5 gallon aquarium out of state and gave her the book. She completely walked me tbrough setting it uo and sent me home with everythung i needed and explained all about aquariums and set me up a time to come back with my water to puck out plants and fish. I am so easwd with stephanie and her level of friendliness and helpfulness and im excited about my fish tank now. Tha k you so much stephanie and petsmart

This is a FABULOUS store!! Extremely clean, friendly, knowledgeable Staff that remembers your name and takes the time to acknowledge you and your pet. BC makes it a point to visit with the customers to ensure that everything is going well, and goes above and beyond to accommodate them...and EVERYONE ALWAYS has a smile on their face!!! You can tell the Staff enjoys their job and it shows! Its a family atmosphere and the customers feel part of the family!

Stephen the store manager helped my girlfriend and I with the whole shopping process for a new puppy. I was impressed that the manager walked with us and went over the pros and cons of all the products and all the necessities. It felt like I was shopping at Nordstroms. Stephen did a great job and if this world had more people like him we wouldnt have to worry about a lack of customer service. Keep up the good work!

While I normally have a good experience in the retail department, I wanted to specifically review the Grooming Salon. Jordan has done the grooming for our Maltese and Yorkie for the past 5-6 months or so. He has an excellent attitude and really seems like he loves what he does. I feel good about leaving our fur babies with him when they need their monthly grooming! Im very glad we found Jordan.

We went in late before closing interested in a lizard for our children, we had a ton of questions, were a bit all over, and knew it was late, but Jeanna was the absolute best! She was patient, knowledgeable, and helped us make the best decision with our new bearded dragon. Jeanna truly helped in every possible way a great employee to have!

I go to the Rock Hill Petsmart atleast one a week. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I have a Standard Poodle puppy and we completed the Puppy Obedience class. It was lots of fun and my puppy loved it. A great way to form a special bond with your dog! Jordan does a great job of teaching!

Excellent service! very knowledgeable and patient staff! i love my new fish tank and glo fish! After much trial and error we finally got our water just right with there free water testing. Cant thank them enough for all there help!

All was fine until check out. A man with a pit bull was behind us. The dog took one sniff at back of my wheelchair and growled and then barked. It was scary. Dont think Ill go back to any place they allow pit bulls.
