OK, SO Now I know why the store hasnt cared in a while, a Long while about C/Service...they SOLD themselves to a CANADIAN Investment Firm & Some other CO..SO Now I GET IT..& Why they COULD CARE LESS about Customer SERVICE..ALSO>.all of my Previous Post about the BS & Lack of Customer Service was erased..How Convenient..It kept saying EDIT>.this is HOW they still have a 3.6 "rating"!..What a bunch of BS..Ok, so Ill begin the 1 that was ERASED..Weve been Purchasing from the Viera store, for as long as theyve been open..for past 6? years weve been spending an average of over $70 because we have 4 rescues, & We buy them Wellness..so the so-called..PALS REWARDS..was desirable for people that spend so much & Still give to others every month for MANY years, to help feed & care for animals all over, where the needs are High ALL the time, EVERY year for over 70++ years, at least, since the USDA helped Farmers with CASH CROPS..CALLED..PUPPY MILLS> I Digress, So we kept losing our rewards even though we werent receiving them, kept trying to contact "CO"..but their C/S IS IN the Philippines, so really..Dont think youll EVER get assistance, because even though I FINALLY received a reply in the form of an email I Actually Printed, & my husband took into the Store last time, they STILL told us WE had to LOAD the $10..Please..NO ONE knows ANYTHING, & the "STORY" Changes EVERY time..SO, last time, the MGR, I contacted told me to tell my husband to come back & hed take care of him, my husband had enough that day, so he went back today, got same BS, WE had to GO OR CALL CO..Now I know why the "story" Keeps changing, even when I DID get thru today?? The Prompt that is supposed to Assist you? Well, its a Continual TONE that TELLS you, its NOT operational!..NO ONE there is working either!..SO, after my husband had gone back in 2nd time, because when I complained to WELLNESS corp. re.PETCO", they at least WERE Loyal, & actually sent us coupons, which although Petco DID take, they STILL have not given us the lousy $10 they CLAIM we HAVE..when I went in & changed account password, all is now linked to ONE #..But still..NOTHING THERE..& the MGR.? At Viera store?? FORGET IT..They know, they know..you will NOT get anywhere with this company, since theyve been SOLD!..Watch out, because their so-called Home made snacks are NOT..they admitted MANY Visits ago, they come in from CHINA!..SO, WE will continue now to GO to another STORE< & especially since they sold out to a group that involves among one, a Canadian investment Firm, because PETCO CORP was too afraid of the "MARKET" to go IPO...Now thats TELLING..A LOT..ANOTHER AMERICAN CO..Being BOUGHT UP By NOT A PRO-AMERICAN, or PRO OUR "PREFERRED"..type of Governing..hum..NOPE, DONE WITH PETCO! ESPECIALLY..VIERA..

This is about the groomers not the store. Havent been to the store yet. Anyway, my wife called and scheduled an appointment for our dog on Friday April 7th. They told her she all set for Friday the 14th at 2:30. So my wife drags our three kids and our dog inside the store Friday at 2:30. When she gets there they say she never made an appointment and that she must have called pets mart. My wife said thats impossible and I know I called you guys. She was then rudely informed that if she called them it would be in their system and that they are positive she called petsmart. After my wife left we check her phone and she did in fact call petco not petsmart on Friday the 7th. But instead of petco apologizing and admitting their mistake they chose to be rude and blame my wife. They over charge anyway so we wont be back.

I have a 13 year old Great Pyrenees. Big dog with frail hips, never borded, never groomed and a handful on a good day. Folks at the grooming shop were kind, gentle, understanding and very caring for our concerns and my big girl. Cost was a distant matter, but they were very inexpensive and available at $35 and my vet was twice that. I think the person that helped me could be Jessica. I wish I could remember their names, but they were all just great. I am so happy. Thank you!

I was very disappointed at the Petco in Viera by 95 service was terrible very few people to people in the whole store to help so they couldnt help me with questions I had too rushed and then when I had other questions of course then the line just keeps backing up and I dont want to back up a line so will I ever be back to that store and Viera absolutely not and I rarely say Never. When I do use the word never I mean it

Jordan was beyond amazing! I went in looking for treats and snacks high in fat and calories for my pup having trouble gaining weight. She didnt stop at just one treat she searched the entire store until she found me multiple choices with various flavors for my girl. And whats even better is my dog is loving everything she recommended!! Thank you so much Jordan and Petco!

Staff doesnt seem to care at all. Walked in and no one greeted me. I wanted to buy some fish and accessories but I left after about 20 minutes because there was no one there to help me and the only employee I saw was wearing street clothes and was to busy on their phone to even acknowledge my presence. Will never shop here again.

The fish section of the store has gone downhill and the animals are neglected. Brought pricing errors to staffs attention no concern was shown at all they just changed the price at the register. Unfortunately more customers will be charged incorrectly further creating more unhappy people staff and customers.

Me and my granddaughter went in today after we adopted our rescue dog and were immediately greeted by the manager and received so many good tips and she helped us find everything we needed. Her name was Jordan and we were very pleased with all employees there. Highly recommend this place.
