I finally figured out why I never came back to this store after my first visit. It only took me 20 minutes of waiting in line to ask a simple question because all of the other employees were too busy admiring a dog that another person brought into the store. Once I finally reached the cashier I asked a question and received a rude answer. Almost as if I was suppose to know the answer myself. The old guy behind the counter was very rude. I decided to purchase the item and when I went to hand him my card, in a rude voice he said "has to be $5 or more to use your card". Oh so you dont want my money? No problem. I left the item there and walked out. Support small businesses? Nope! If you want to treat paying customers like this then I hope you fail. If you open a business understand that there are fees you have to pay when people use cards... Deal with it! Its part of owning a business. I was able to buy my "less than $5 item" down the street at a big box store with my card and awesome customer service. This place doesnt even deserve a star but Google makes you put at least one no matter how terrible you are.

I recently went back to this store after being absent from it for years. WOW! What a difference! This is THE place to go on the east coast for QUALITY (including raw) dog, cat and small animal food and supplies! PetPros carry, at a comparable price, a food I could only find online a few short months ago. If they dont have what youre looking for? They will get it. I find their IMPRESSIVE amount of stock, as well as diversity in products OUTSTANDING. Its nice to have a local non-big-box-store that also has my pets best interest in mind - a rare find! A WELL-KEPT store with GRADE A products, that Im happy to support. PetPros also offers multiple customer loyalty programs that result FREE FOOD or DOLLARS OFF! BONUS!!! Try them; there is no possible way you will disagree with how great this store is.=^..^=

Ive purchased bird, dog and reptile feed from here before. The first time I bought bird seeds from her were for my parrot... I found maggots in there. Unfortunately I didnt realize this until I got home. I thought maybe it was just a fluke, but the second time I went, I was purchasing a dry fruit mix for my parrot and to put it politely, I had trouble dispensing the mix into the bag because the mix was very dry, and crusty from sitting there for so long. It came out in clumps and inside the bag were little insects and moths. Truly disgusting... Im boycotting this store once and for all. The store overall does not appear very clean. They need a lot of improvements...

This is one of the best small pet stores in the area. Very knowledgeable owner and staff. They carry nothing but the best foods and treats for your pet. Store is always clean and well organized. Pet Pros has some great "Frequent Buyer" programs as well. They do not sell live animals and are great supporters of all adoption programs. Stop in and check out the store. You will be pleasantly surprised.

This place doesnt sell aquarium stuff. Has a great selection for dogs, only a small corner for the bare basic cat necessities and only a small selection of cat food. Disappointing if youre not a dog owner.

Ive always walked in and out super fast with what I want. They have a lot of items you cant get at big box stores. Gal that works there is very friendly. Ill be back whenever my cat needs Pure Vita food.
