Their service is very poor. I have a Kubota tractor I purchased from them. Have had to have something fixed on it the past two years, and my experience has been the same. They are quick to send a truck out to pick up the Tractor - within a day or so. Then the wait starts. Both times it was 2 weeks+ before they even looked at the tractor, and then another week to fix it. Simple repairs - replacing hydro lines. This is the last time they will see my tractor. I just cant afford to be without it for a month every time I need service.

A little hard to find someone to help you in this store, but when you do they are quick to answer any questions that you may have. I feel that their prices on non specialty dog food are a little on the higher side, but their selection and price on specialty dog food is pretty good. Plus they have vet clinics here which is nice if you do not have a vet.

A great place to buy pet supplies, prices on pet food are excellent! The check out process sometimes takes longer than usual as frequently only one register is open, but in my opinion, the price savings makes the wait bearable.
