Car broke down on way home from beaches on a Sunday, so this was the closest and only place I could find (I live in Virginia); Monday AM received call from Parks, they were very good at explaling what the problem was and how to go about fixing it--even to the point of saying you should take it back to previous mechanic because they didnt follow through, "and, I dont want to take your money"--instant credibility and integrity

Called them to ask if they had specific tire was told yes.. OK I go in sit for an hour and 15.mins just to be told the guy was trying to put a 16".rim on my 15" rim what!!! Then to be told they really didnt have my size tire..what a waste and how incompetent is the men that works there. Wont b going back or recommending them to nobody.

Needed a tire on the way to a car show. Were from Virginia, this was the first place we found and glad we did! Very friendly crew, very helpful and fair. Had a whole crew of people and cars and they were very understanding of our situation.
