Was sold the wrong brake pads. Took them back was told they were the right ones. Counter girl gave me the thousand mile stare. Told me she couldnt help. Dont think this is what Advance management has in mind when they say "customer service".

I go to this advance auto not only because of its location but because of the great service. Im a regular customer here and these guys always know what Im looking for, and when they dont have it, they will tell me where I can get it?

Always helpful. Great customer service everytime I come in. Granted, giving others the same excellent customer service means a bit of a wait, but I dont mind, I know thats the reason for the wait. Keep up the great work!
