I bought a 2013 Road Glide Custom. I came from Phenix City Alabama to buy this bike I didnt have time to test ride. I didnt get a whole lot of time to ride it when I brought it home. We are planning on taking a trip to Florida on it before we left we had taken in neck bearings are loose front tire was a way off balance. We rode in Florida and when we got home I called the dealership because it ran like s***. I called the salesman that sold me the bike he put me in touch with the head guy and told me somebody would get back with me service manager called me I told him all the problems that I had with the bike he did not have no time for me he said take it to your Harley shop. They did not try to help me fix the problems and they did not even call me back to see what they could do for me. I buy a different bike every couple years. I will never buy a bike from them again and I will never recommend anybody to them. Very unhappy with how they treat people in the bike still runs like s***. Buyer beware!!!!!!!

Just bought a used Harley after a 40 year absence and naturally had to visit the local dealer. Wow! Have things changed, and for the better. The people at Mobile Bay were very friendly and accommodating. Parts for a Harley have never been cheap, but neither were the parts for my BMW or Mercedes and you do usually get what you pay for. If any of you are into firearms, you know this to be true. I bought a jacket that, after I got home, I discovered was a bit too small. Called the ladies in the clothing department the next morning and they were very polite and professional and helped me get my fat a_ _ into a proper fitting jacket. I think Im gonna enjoy working with these folks.

I took deliver of a 2016 Harley today and have to say it was a very enjoyable buying experience. Mark, the salesman I dealt with, was very knowledgeable and absolutely no pressure in purchasing items or services I did not want. The financing department was the way the same way every number on the sales contract was explained to me, there was no hidden fees or services I did not order. The employees in the parts and service departments were great as well, giving tips on how to take care of the bike. These folks rock!!! If you need a Harley ask for Mark you will be glad you did.

Worst Harley Davidson shop I ever dealt with.......had my 2003 softail deuce painted at this Mobile Alabama shop......$4600 later...took 4 months to paint and after I got my sled back.....they put my Ferrin nose back on using tie straps.....called and was never put through to someone to correct this problem.....so I take this bike to penscola to put screws where they put tie straps.....

good folks, sales,service dept very good, and a very good parts dept. I work out of town a lot and do not have time to work on my bike , that is why they have a service dept. When i have work done they will have me ready to go in no time , i have bought 3 motorcycles from Mark, Barney and Don over the years,all have treated me with respect .

Harley shop.. Love em for the bikes, but they really pushed me getting a bike a little too much. Sure I want one, but dont want the continual push to buy one. The lady that sold me the merchandise I did buy... Awesome! Wish I remembered her name, but definitely remember her then I see her!

Service department is very informative and honest. Great selection. Prices are a tad higher than other dealers but not bad enough to warrant a 100 Mile drive just to save a grand.
