I usually dont write reviews, but I felt compelled to write a review on my recent purchase from Q9 motorsports. I purchased a campus cruiser moped from Q9 motorsports in Madison, WI. The moped arrived in a few days. The moped would not start or idle right out of the crate. I called Q9 and talked to their mechanics and they had me try a few things to fix it. It did not work and told me that I would probably have to bring the moped to the dealership for them to look at. However, they told me that i would have to pay for any work. This was a brand new moped that would not run correctly right out of the crate. I argued with them that they are responsible to provide me with a working product or they are responsible to fix it or replace it at their cost. I talked on three occasions and was told the same answer. However, they as a dealer have a responsibility to sell me a WORKING moped, or they have to replace it or fix it at their cost. It is called a Warranty of Merchantability- just google it for the definition. Long story short, I had a local person look at and fix the moped so it would run properly. I refused to pay them to fix a brand new moped. I would not recommend to anyone to buy a moped from Q9 motorsports. I am still amazed that they feel that they have no liability and responsibility to fix a brand new product that never worked right out of the crate. Their answer was that labor wasnt covered by the manufacturers warranty. That may be true under the manufacturers warranty, but they are liable under a Warranty of Merchantability. I would never buy another product from this company. Buyer beware if buying from this company. I certainly wished I had not.

Had a pretty bad experience here with the mechanic. Had a manual moped that had its gears not aligning right. Took literally over 3 months! patiently calling/waiting only hearing excuses/reasons (Clutch/Gears not aligning right) on why they were not able to fix it. Told me they were working on it... Asked finally before taking it back why it was taking this long, turns out after 3 months, they had trouble finding the right gear part since the moped company went out of business. Okay thats fair, but they should have been more honest in the first place that they were not able to find the right gear and should have been much more proactive about either finding the right replacement gear or telling me that they will not be able to fix it till then, without beating around the bush just telling me they are "working on it" to waste my time and trust them it will be fixed if it took longer. Frustrated with not having it fixed and paying over $350 for no good labor and time wasted. Turns out it was a Honda motor and was able to find the right gear to have it replaced soon after asking someone else. Will not go here again to get mechanical work done. To end on a good note, they had an awesome selection of small engine vehicles and the ladies at the front desks were very friendly/respectful and were very nice and knowledgeable.

Horrible experience getting them to trouble shoot and provide replacement parts for my kids ATV which was purchased thru Q9 Powersports. Total runaround and rehearsed responses. My advice STAY AWAY from this company. Almost a year and still waiting for all the parts to arrive. Piece mailed my parts that i was told were new but when they arrived they were cracked and damaged. The responses i got from Jordan (service mngr)was " i dont know" or "thats it the first time we ever seen encountered that issue" (then proceeds to tell me how he just worked on a atv with the same issue) again....rehearsed response!! get your act together Q9powersports and send me the parts i need so i can fix it myself, i had enough of the run around. So so sorry i ever bought thru Q9. Next time i will spend the extra money and get a name brand quad. No more Q9 never again

Wide Selection, Exceptional Customer Service,Warranty Included. If you’re on the market looking to purchase a quality ATV, then look no further. I have been an outdoor enthusiast for about 7 years, so it is safe to say I know the ins and outs of dealerships. Last summer, I purchased an ATV from Q9 Powersports USA, and I must say it was a pleasant experience. The customer service rep took the time to show me the inventory based on my preference, and worked with me to make sure that I fully understood all the details of my purchase. At no point in time, was I ever pressured to buy. This made me feel like an informed buyer and I did in fact leave the store with a brand new ATV. I highly recommend Q9 Powersports USA.

Bought a 2017 hawk 250 once i got it home i realised the bolt holding the rear shock wasnt even tight let alone lock tighted so it didnt come loose also the front breaks went locktighted and the bolt fell out of the caliper went around the bike to check and it had atleast 10 loose bolts that were put in by thare "mechanic" using lock tight which was nonexistant also spedomiter cable was installed wrong and only worked for 30 miles before it failed the bike is a train wreck for being 2 days old so if you get a bike make sure you put it together your self dont waste the 210 dollars to have these guys do it its not worth having a accident if something falls apart

I purchased a campus cruiser Tao Tao for my girlfriend to get around campus. The first one I assembled myself and was completely fine. She got rear ended on it and although she was fine, the moped was considered totaled. We bought another one with the insurance money and decided to pay them to assemble it in Madison Wi. We have had nothing but issues with it and every time we take it in they a) charge us, and B) say nothing is wrong with it. It constantly stalls out and is not the idle. They have been extremely rude and unhelpful and we will never go back. Spend your money with a company that honors the work they do and cares about the customers

Really appreciate Jeremys efforts in resolving a damage-at-the-factory issue with our grandsons new go-kart. We werent as timely as we should have been in assembling the product after delivery (we wanted our out-of-town grandson to be in on the process, so waited for him to visit, after contacting Q9 and informing them of our intentions.) The delay was long enough that it tied their hands a bit when the carburetor ended up having a problem, but Jeremy was more than willing to work with us. Everyone at Q9 has been a pleasure to speak with. I would recommend them and would definitely give them an "A for effort."

I recieved my kids fourwheeler and when i went to open it up i noticed the plastic was damaged where you put your left foot. I had emailed them a picture of it where it was damaged. They told me that i didnt add the shipping insurance but they would ship me a new one and i would have to pay shipping on it but before they would ship it i have to leave them a positive review and thats what upset me its kinda a win win for them then. Anyways i would not buy from them again! Plus i paid for the lift gate and the truck that delivered it did not have a lift gate so that was a waste of $45.00 also.
