the worst radio shack ever..i call the store alot of time before i go there no one pick up the phone so i decide to go there. when i get there only one person was working and i asked the lady some question about the stuff but it seem like she to worry about the computer then the costumer. the lady just sit on her chair and playing with the computer all the time. and today i call the store trying to talk to the manager and same thing happend the manager dont care about the costumer. it seem like they just laugh in back ground. the worst to the worst. i have to go all the way to everett radioshack to fix my problem and my problem been solve

When it was open...was in the store & had a mouse run right in front of me (yikes & yuck). A different time I went there & there was a sign on the door saying that they would return 15 minutes later, so I went to a few other stores- came back 25 minutes later & the sign was still up, 3 other people were waiting outside the door- I said they still arent back & the people asked what time I was there earlier & I let them know 25 min. before & I waited 10 more minutes & still nobody showed up to open...by that time 2 of the 3 others had left, so I left too. Never went back after that.

Horrible sales guy sold me something I told him I wanted to make sure it would work he opened the package and sold me the adapters....well they didnt work came back in to return and guy would not refund me cause no package I told him what happened and he still would not refund me....I will NEVER spend another dime at this place what horrible customer service when your sales person is the one who opened the package......it was only $9 but its the principal i had the reciept from just a week ago.....way to take care of your customers!!!!!

They are closed now but never had anything to buy. Even battieries were a poor selection and never restocked anything. Last couple years they were not even owned by radio shack the name was just sold. I miss the old Radio Shack were you could go find anything electronic, they just turned into a Kmart.

I can see that the four employees have given these guys 4 to 5 stars, and now one more Real Review: a sales person should be or have knowledge of what they sell but not these guys, buyer beware.
