Im not usually a fan of Gamestop, but Ill occasionally browse this one for used ds games. At other locations (esp. the soon-to-close Town Center) I tend to get spotty service from the male staff - either super condescending or annoyingly loud and hyper. This location has been the only place where that has not happened, and I havent walked in dreading having to talk to the person behind the counter. The store itself is a little cramped compared to others, and parking is sort of difficult since its right next to a drive thru exit for a popular Taco Time. Ill usually park by Agave and walk down the way to avoid it.

I stopped in here to trade in a handful of old video games. The staff seemed to have their act together, which was great. Unfortunately, they apparently have a policy that prevents them from accepting games that are still in their wrappers - even if you unwrap it for them. Still, about as good a Gamestop as can be expected.

GameStop overall was a good experience. All the staff was nice...expect the lady at the front counter. I came in to sell my console and some games. Simple enough but no she made the experience like pulling teeth even though her job is to work with customers. She was rude to me and I wont be returning.

Someone in front of me was chatting it up with the store manager and was not really doing any purchasing, so I stood there for about ten minutes before they finally finished and I was able to complete my purchase. I dont mind if you chat at work, but not when customers are waiting.

Corporate forces its employees to push tons of unneeded memberships. Game sales are usually not even worth it. Horrible policies that hurt the little guy working there.

Best GS on the East-side. Normally I find GS employees obnoxious, but everyone at this location is always laid back and cool. Very nice atmosphere for sure.

Very small location, compared to other Gamestop locations I frequent... as such, selection is not too great - but sometimes gems can be found!
