Really rude and incompetent service. On my first visit I needed help with a boxed chair, a $360 boxes chair. The associate brought me a massive hand dolly and walked away. Pretty sure that violates their insurance agreements, for a customer to use a dolly in-store. On my second visit I needed to find a receipt book. EIGHT associates standing around doing nothing so I ask one (who happened to be the manager) for help and she had to ask another associate. At which point they both kind of just pointed me in the vague direction of "somewhere near the back of aisle 11". When I went to the register to buy the book they were empty and none of the eight employees stepped up to help even when I said hello twice. Not a single one of them was busy helping customers. Its no wonder these brick and mortar stores are going out of business. I left without the book. My third visit I tried to use the UPS drop off. The chick who tried to help me at had a G-string handing out the back of her pants, piercings everywhere, and a super snotty attitude. She refused to listen to me when I asked for help and so i asked the manager if someone else could help me cause she was "really pissing me off". He informed me that I would have to leave the store if I continued to use foul language. Not sure when "piss" became a swear word. He then took over helping me and they proceeded to act like my Amazon return (UPS center) was some sort of foreign object theyd never encountered before and gave me the third degree about it. I left the store without shipping my packages. Go elsewhere for your office supplies. These people are hardcore jerks.

No one answers the phone. I was on hold for at least 15 min watching the employees just stand there. I was sitting in my car outside because I didnt want to unload 3 kiddos if my order wasnt ready for pickup yet. Gave up on the phone call and brought all my kids inside. Stood right in front of the copy and print counter. 2 employees back there and again, another 15 min before Im even acknowledged. The guy sitting at the computer couldnt even be bothered to look at me, he picked up his bag and just left. Nothing about "she will help you in a minute" or "hello"...he just ignored me and then left. I ask about an online order I placed this morning for same day pickup and the girl gives me some lame excuse about everything in their store being down for 3 hours (lights, phones, everything) and my order wasnt ready. Uhh okay, sure. Ill be back tomorrow for my banner and never returning again. Customer service here stinks.

Their computer customer service department was terrible! The first time I went there I had a question about issues that I was having with my computer, the guy told me to lift up my hand. Not knowing what he meant I did it and he said "no, your left hand, oh no ring. I guess Im gonna have to show you how to do this since you dont have a man to do it for you." I recently went back with computer problems again and was met with the same customer service issues. I dont know what gives them the right to belittle their customers, but I will now drive a half an hour out of my way just to avoid that store. Good job Staples, you just lost another customer! If your in Monroe and having computer problems go to Tech Mob in Snohomish.

I went there last week to buy ink and they were out so I ordered it from the store. They emailed me a receipt and called me to tell me the ink was in. My employee went there today and they treated her like she was stupid and told her that she would get a phone call when it came in. She said she did get a call but they said it wasnt. The customer service is horrible and there is never anyone to help in store and they are not helpful or in the know. Our dealership will never patronize them again. Amazon and Costco here we come.

The worst experience I have ever had at a office supply store. I checked the staples web site for a product and then called the Monroe store to verify they had the product in stock and was told they did. Upon arrival they could not find the product. 2nd chance Similar situation.. I did the research and found the business card scanner I wanted.. so I call ahead to verify it was in stock and they confirmed. And guess what when I arrive and am ready to purchase they cannot find them. So my advise is stay away from staples

Terrible customer service all the way up to management. Their employee helped me to find toner, and showed me the one to get for my printer. Turned out to be the wrong kind, and they would not let me exchange it! Toner is not cheap! This is terrible customer service, especially since it was their employees fault!! You are better off going to Office Depot or ordering from Amazon. Dont give Staples your money, you wont get it back if they mess up.

Staples is the only place I would go for office equipment and supplies. Im always greeted with a smile and hello when I walk in the door. The employees are always happy which means they like where they are (which is a good sign in any business) The sales guys and gals know what they are talking about and actually ask and care what your needs are instead of just selling you anything. I love our Staples and the people there in Monroe.

Called asking about warranty fulfillment on a chair bought there, waited 8 minutes on hold at 4pm on a saturday, was told by Tyler to bring the chair down to get it taken care of, lugged it across town, and was immediately told to take it to an authorized dealer. Dont train your staff to tell customers to bring their heavy large furniture down to your store if you dont actually deal with warranties.

I have found only good products and good service. I like being able to view, and order, the products online. I usually pick them up at the store. I have purchased a computer, two printers, reams of paper, office chair, and office supplies. Have also used their print department for large drawings. All in all a good local resource.

What kind of business in monroe makes you wait over 10 minutes on hold before even answering the call? I find it hard to believe that 1030am on a friday and u have no one to even answer the phone

Inventory is very good. Staff are pleasant. However the store seems consistently understaffed, particularly the printing and copying department. Ample parking. Easy access.
