Wanted a particular Panasonic 60" plasma. BBuy had it on their floor, but none of their 20 stores in Nor Cal had it in stock. Same with Sears. Am in downtown Oakland and called VOs nearest store in Hayward. Sales person Elias was helpful. For some strange reason they wouldnt complete my order over the phone. They took CC info, but then Elias drove to my residence for me to sign. I had assumed hed be bringing the Plasma. Just had me sign order. Screen was professionally delivered at time stated a couple days later. Price was low - especially since the model is so popular it was hard to find. Even Amazon said they had it at the same price - but wouldnt ship for a month. I prefer to support local businesses if I can.

I had great experience with the staff at this store. Francis was my sale contact and he was excellent. I bought a Samsung 3D tv and he made it a thoroughly good experience. I got the pkg deal with starter pkg w glasses. They were out of the starter pkg and dvd player. He had one delivered to the store and I picked it up 3 days later. When one of the glasses were defective, he exchanged it for a new one without having to go through the tedious return via Samsung. He gave me a great price to ink the deal. I saved 500+ over the next best deal (BB). If you know what you want, price out at other stores then beat a trail to this store. They will negotiate which is a lot more than the other stores will do.

DO NOT GO TO VIDEO ONLY EVER! bought a $1300 tv, we open the box and it is cracked as you see in the picture. We go back to return it and Video Only says its our fault the tv broke and that they will not do anything about it. after arguing, the store manager, Stas said "it was in a box it cannot break, there is no possible way it can break in a box. Its your fault" bad customer service and basically theft for selling an item that is already damaged and blaming the customer for the cause of damage.

Staff are very knowledgeable about the products and the specifications. They do have some really nice AV equipment although I was on a budget. I left with a Yamaha complete 5.1 system I am totally happy with. They have many options at very competitive prices.
