Excellent service and knowledgeable service representatives. After confirming over the phone with Sprint customer service that I could upgrade my iPhone, I went to two different local Sprint stores in the area and both said that I could not upgrade. My wife called this store and they were able to upgrade our phones and did so with excellent attitudes. The representative that helped us remembered who were were when we came back to pick up the phones we ordered and got us in and out quickly. Later on, I had some trouble with a billing issue and called this store. The situation was pretty much out of the stores control so I thought I had reached a dead end. However, later that day I received a call from a representative from this store and he informed me that he had contacted Sprint on my behalf, and that he took care of the billing issue. He also found an erroneous duplicate charge on my account for a fee and had it removed. Needless to say I was very thankful and impressed. If you need a local Sprint store, I highly recommend this one.

Ive been a Sprint Customer for 7 years now so Ive had my fair share of dealings with both great customer service and poor customer service. Contrary to some of the more negative reviews Ive read here I found the store to be both knowledgable and professional. When I first walked in the door I was greeted immediately and was asked what brought me in. As it were, I was looking at upgrading my phone and they showed me some different Android options. The most refreshing thing about this store was that the the rep I spoke with was so well informed and she gave me both pros and cons to each device I inquired about. After a little deliberation I decided on the HTC Evo 3D and she made sure that all of my contacts were transferred, helped me set up my email, walked me through the google set up and then thanked me for coming in. Their professionalism and courtesy was something that I will tell my friends and family about and they earned a solid 5 Stars in my opinion and I highly reccomend them!

Our phone upgrade/replacement wasn’t a great experience. Their salesman talked us into a more expensive phone on the basis that we would be eligible for a $50 rebate. After the transaction, we were later informed by the Sprint head office that the rebate did not apply. We basically received a rude postcard from the corporate office which simply stated "your rebate request will not be honored, case closed". No phone number or anything. The branch manager in Covington refused to honor the rebate either stating “that’s not our decision to make”. After about a month of phone calls and a few on-site visits, we finally received a $50 check in the mail. The management doesn’t seem to take a personal interest in matters and sort of left it to the “home office” to sort it out. If we hadn’t taken all the initiative, we would be out $50 bucks. It’s a shame that small-town customer service just doesn’t seem to exist very often anymore. ATT or Verizon, here we come.

Very un professional, all about the money! I have been with Sprint since 1997. I have been coming to this store approx. 3 years now and since the new "management" (I use that term loosely), its been a joke of a store. I am switching to Ver. or ATT today. They have sold me junk... HTCTouch2, Virgin Mobil broad band, both junk and no support from store. Sloppy billing from Sprint... every time i catch and call them, they "credit" my bill and are "sorry for the mistake". Purchased International service so I can go abroad seamless.... never got my phone to work. PURE JUNK and lazy service from the store. If you want service and honesty go elsewhere. Footnote: I wrote a complaint letter to Sprint Corporate last week and specifically described how the new salesman was trying to fix my HTC phone while the "manager" was busy on Myspace and the senior tech was sleeping on the couch in back. Not a single reply..

Tim Deaton was friendly patient courteous and showed me that the reason why my phone was acting so to help me to watch my videos on a smart TV because trying to fix my hook up my HDMI cord was driving me insane considering the fact that we had no internet I would recommend Izzy Jones from for a promotion and a raise weird is because all my apps were disabled he also made it so that I would have wifi or internet all the time which I had been really struggling with I would recommend this man for a promotion then the other guy Izzy Jones also help me out with getting a 20% discount on a SIM card which I really needed SD card which I didnt even know what it was

Id had it with Verizon so I (reluctantly) went to check out Sprint. After all, they say their network has improved (who doesnt say that?). I got into the store and was greeted by two friendly and knowledgeable sales associates. They listened as I explained my needs and proposed a great deal. My phones would improve and my service package was much better, for far less than I was paying Verizon! I wasnt totally sold on the network coverage, though. I decided to take the chance anyway. That was 2 weeks ago. I can say Ive had precisely zero issues and I am happy with my switch to Sprint.

This is literally the only cell store Ill go to, ever, for anything. The staff is cool and seriously care about doing the right thing (thanks, Izzy!) and are upfront about the details and costs. Sprint should give them a bonus. Without these guys, Id have jumped to another provider. Professional, smart, patient (Im a pain... and they put up with me very well). Call ahead if you need something extensive, because they can get swamped because theyre awesome.

Very disappointed with this store. Went through the process of upgrading my current devices and low and behold, the store had to order the new phones. Was promised they would be at the store on 3/31/2016. Was just informed that they will not be there on the promised date. I will not be able to get the new devices now for two weeks due to work. So Ive paid for services promised that will not be delivered as promised. Typical Sprint.

i go to this one cause the Kent & southcenter stores are staffed by assholes who dont care about anything. in fact they seem to like to inconvience you and are very rude. the covington store, at least, are polite while they charge a $5 fee to pay your bill cash? why? idk

Izzy Jones was great at helping me with what I needed and was very fun to talk talk to. He got me everything I wanted and was able to upset me more products and keep me interested in more. He makes a great lead salesman!

Just left this Sprint store and had excellent customer service! The employees were helpful and friendly. We appreciated the time the took to answer all of our questions and being patient with our wild 3 year old son.

Worst customer service ever. First they blame the employee that quit last week. Then that didnt work so they blame you. I would not send my worst enemy to the store.
