Friends highly recommended Video Only, so when my Amazon order became “lost” in its trucking company warehouse and I needed a new TV within three business days, I visited Video Only. Kraig, the manager, was welcoming and helpful and not only promised and arranged delivery of my TV within two days, but gave me a $200 (10%) discount from Amazon’s already “reduced” price. He also offered me the latest DVD player that was greatly reduced because of the Labor Day promotion. He advised me that the TV wall mount rack I already owned was fine and didn’t try to sell me a new one. He also said that my existing 7-year old universal remote would be fine and that if it needed re-programming for the new DVD player, I should bring it in and he would be happy to reprogram it for me at no charge. He also assured me of the 30-day warranty. The two men who delivered the TV were polite and efficient, advising me to keep the box for 30 days “just in case.” My experience with Kraig at Video Only was excellent—it couldn’t have been better—and I am now joining my friends in recommending them.

I bought three tvs from the mountain view location the salesman Craig Martin was vwry helpful and gave me great prices on them. They held them for me until i was ready to them delivered and upon installing them i realized one of tvs was damaged i brought it back and he was able to swap it out and give me a better deal on a newer model. Video only is the best place to buy and save a lot of money with great customer service. Thanks again Craig!

The CROOKS, thats the only PC description I have for this place. They would do everything to not to honor their won words and promises. Just spend 5 more minutes and walk into MV Costco, they got better products, lower prices and outstanding customer service. I wish I knew it before doing business with Video only

We just purchased the Samsung UN65JS8500 they beat everyones price by $100 bucks, not a big savings, but $100 in my pocket is better than $100 in Best Buys! Weve been waiting for this 8500 series to go on sale for a while! Ask for Kraig he will beat anyone elses price!
