No one told me that the midnight release was available for pickup from 9-9:15pm so I came ealier to get my pre-order ready for pickup and since I didnt know I came that night at 9:30 and they were closes already. So I came again the night after and apparently I need to talk to the manager because they dont know if I actually took the game. If I had known previously all of this couldve been avoided. Terrible service. Waste of gas and my time.

Walked in at 6:50 pm on a Friday night to buy a game and preorder another. I walked out at 7:00 pm. I was reminded why I shop elsewhere after waiting in line for 10 minutes, watching the two cashiers bullshit with the customers that were helping despite being fully aware the was a line of 6-7 more customers. Update, its 7:07 pm and another patient customer has just walked out...

Considering that my past experiences with GameStop have been...less than inspiring, it was a pleasant surprise how nice this store is! Came with a trade in that I was worried would be a painful process but it went quite smoothly! They have a great selection and I was very impressed by Joshua, who has obvious knowledge and passion for games and gave some good recommendations.

Good selection of games / consoles / addons. But expect to be pounced on when you walk into store for help. Staff helpful and knowledgeable if just slightly over-eager to get you to purchase something.
