Always rude. Always giving them a chance. A few weeks ago, I came in 20 min before closing. As soon as I took two steps inside, one of the employees asked if I needed any help. I told him I was ok and just wanted to browse quickly in a section. He then informed me that they would be closing soon and all he could do was sell me something and not allowing me time to browse. Basiclly saying "buy and get out". I wasnt going be there longer than 5 min, i was just in the area and interested in possibly making a quick purchase. I know people want to go home after work, like I was planning on doing that night but thats no way to treat someone. I had to go to another gamestop that was closing soon too (by the time I got there) and the experience was WAY better with less time. I made my purchase, I thanked him and was on my way home. It took me longer to park than it took to find my game. This isnt the only time theyve been rude to me but this is one of a couple good examples I have. I cant shop here anymore after multiple chances Ive given them.

The customer service that I received was terrible. I came in to sell my Wii U, but I called before hand to make sure I had everything I needed to sell the console. They told me that I needed the console, gamepad, and all of the cables. I get gamestop and they tell me that the sensor bar is required and I need an ID as well. So I waste more gas to get my sensor bar, and when I show up, the women working there says, "you actually have to be 18 or older." Oh thanks, its not like you could have told me before I left the first time. Terrible

This place is pretty chill. The people that work there are friendly and they have a lot of Pop Vinyls, which I like. I recommend this Gamestop for any fellow collector.
