My computer had gotten a virus, and as a typical user i panicked and had no idea what to do. I called the geek squad and they wanted an 89$ Diagnostic fee and $199 dollars to remove the virus, and it would be a 2 week wait. this SHOCKED me! So i decided to call around and try to find a small local tech. After contacting the tech mob they ran a 35$ Diagnostic and found the virus and informed me it would only be 65$ to remove it. i left the Tech mob with a bill of 100$ compared to 300$ and i got my computer back the next day! I recommend them to all my friends and family, they have treated us all VERY well!

My boss ( Owner of Allen Plumbing in Snohomish ), myself, and now a few family members, have used Tech Mob for a couple of years now. They are very reliable, courteous and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone. They have always clearly explained to us what work would be done and have always done a great job. These guys know customer service,they are right on top of the problems,and have the best prices going. When I dropped off my computer because I had no clue what was wrong with it,they worked out the problem and I left paying a mere 65 dollars for their service. Wow I love it. They were courteous and kind to a less than computer savvy person,such as myself. I will always bring my computer work to the Tech Mob. I would recommend them to everyone.

These folks are FABULOUS! Super smart, super fast, super nice! They are reasonably priced. Jon is enjoyable to talk with and an all around good guy. This is the kind of service you get from the locals. I hate dealing with any tech support relating to computers; Tech Mob is my new one and only source for anything computers. Forget the big box companies and go with Tech Mob, you wont regret it!

These guys are hands down best computer guys around. My computer crashed at the worst possible time (is there ever a good time?). They understood the severity of my situation and put a rush on the job. Not only did they fix the problem within an hour, they even offered to waive the rush fee for me. I will not take my computer anywhere else.

These guys are amazing! Every time i have a computer issue i go to them and every time i am amazed at how fast they are. I had a virus and they removed it the same day i brought it in and charged me 95$ Geek squad wanted 89$ JUST TO LOOK AT IT! i reccomend the Tech Mob to all my friends and family, these guys are the best.

They do excellent work. There is absolutely nothing that they cant fix, and are wonderful to work with. They show you how to work your computer after it is fixed. If they cant fix it they say so, and I think that is wonderful also. Honesty and integrity.
