I brought my R1 to this place to get my valves worked on and adjusted. They told me it would take a 1-2 weeks, they had my bike for about 2 months! On top of the slow service, I received my bike back and drove it home to find out it was leaking coolant now from the top side of the engine, took the bike back the next day and told them about the leak, so they tightened everything up and I drove it home to find it was still leaking. I took pictures this time to prove it was leaking because they didnt see where it was coming from and took it back again, they still couldnt identify that it was even leaking at all so I told them I would leave the bike there over night so they can see the puddle it will leave, mind you this is a drive from Rockledge to Titusville I am making, so this is about $20 in gas for me each trip especially since I had a vehicle follow me. The next day they called me and said they found the leak and fixed it, I went back up there and got my bike and drove it home, it didnt leak for a week and then a puddle was under it again after I took it for a good ride. Needless to say, I have to fix the leak myself, the idling still isnt good, so I am not even sure they did the valve job right, and on top of all that, I started to take the bike apart to fix this problem and they didnt even put the main bolt to my gas tank back in! My tank is just sitting on my bike!!! I spent over a grand to get screwed over by these guys. I will never take my bike back there again, nor will they ever get my service. I am better off doing the work myself, and now I have to order another freaking bolt and fix a leaking problem they caused...

Horrible service Ive attempted to have my jet ski serviced here twice. Both times took them 4 weeks with nothing being done so I gave up. The first time I dropped it off was early November for cosmetics (a new body panel). The service manager said if I drop it off that it should ready late the following week. I did so. After 3.5 weeks they hadnt even pulled it into the garage to look at it and order parts. I picked it up and did the job myself. The second time I dropped it off was in March. I didnt want to, but the wife made me because this is the only shop within a 30 minute drive from our home in Titusville. They told us it would be probably be ready in 1 week, definitely within 1.5-2 weeks. 4 weeks later and again, it had yet to be touched. I highly recommend you make the drive to Cocoa, Melbourne, or Orlando.

I arrived the next morning and the paper and motorcycle had been prepared prepared and I was on the road within ten minutes. Mark the manager greeted me and made sure I had all my questions answered and he gave me a tour of the available functions on my new motorcycle. Best Shopping Experience. My partner became interested in a KTM 1290 Super Duke GT. Orlando dealers made it clear no test drives would be offered and no discounts. One visit to Spaceport Cycles and before we could even ask, the salesman said "Yep, got a new one right here. Want to test ride it?" No hassle or complications. Great people who work here. Correctly diagnosed a problem with my moms TW200 when we came in with a discription of the problem as a "clicking noise" when trying to start the bike. They tested the battery and said it was ok and ordered a starter relay for her enduro. I installed it and the bike started faster than it ever had with no problem. Very happy. Great service. Will be coming back soon. Thank you all.

its up n down with them, they seem to have a problem getting things in. and seem to be very busy all the time. i cant complain about any of the service i received but the bike is brand new so... they call me back in a reasonable time frame. over all for all the dealerships ive dealt with in 30 years they rate the same as all the rest.

Very true about being the only Yamaha dealership in Brevard. There should be a few being how popular Yamaha is!!!!!! Now that I have read all of the bad service the Yamaha riders have got, Im not sure if I want to take my R1 in? But where else can you take an awesome R1 to get the proper service that it deserves in Brevard?

Unfortunately for all of us, theyre the only Yamaha dealership in the county. Theyre customer service blows because theyre closed ALL THE TIME... including today. Ive finally had enough. Im no longer giving this stealership my business. I bought my factory replacement battery in a great shop in Melbourne.

I had noticed my motorcycle front tire was way past its limit for tread life. I went to another motorcycle shop in town and they couldnt get me in for 3 weeks. I Called Spaceport Cycles and not only could they squeeze me in that same day, it was even cheaper!

Purchased my 2011 Yamaha V-Star 250 here back in 2012. They threw in all kinds of goodies and I left happy with a motorcycle and gear. Bike still runs strong and may go back there when Im ready to upgrade my bike.
