I purchased my first KTM 2 days ago. Unfortunately I wasnt able to buy it from the wonderful people over at Volusia Motorsports and had to go elsewhere to find it. After driving 120 miles to the dealership, having to wait 3 hours for my bike to be prepared (which I had already put a deposit on over the phone 3 days earlier and paid the remainder in CASH), and having to deal with techs and sales people who couldnt even explain how to use the electronics... when I finally got the bike home and fired it up...the screen read "GENERAL FAILURE". I was pissed to say the least. Today I decided to call my two local dealers to see which one would be able to take a look at the bike the soonest. One told me it would be a week before they had an appointment. When I called Volusia and spoke to Brandon, the service manager, I was met with " Bring it on down today and well get it taken care of no problem" Half an hour later I was met with some of the best service I have ever received in over 40 years of riding and well over 60 new motorcycle purchases. I spoke to the owner about my experience at the other dealer and the way he took it was something ive never seen before. He was aggravated that a dealer would bear the prestigious KTM flag and then tarnish their reputation by misrepresenting them with such poor service. "Im gonna treat you like you just bought the bike from me" were his words. I got the whole run down on the electronics, and all my questions answered by Brandon, who REALLY knows his stuff. He hooked the computer up to the bike and fixed the error in no time. I was back on the road in 20 minutes and they didnt even charge me. I advise any KTM owner/potential owner to make their way to Volusia Motorsports. Even if it is out of the way, the service youll receive is far worth it.

I had the opportunity to do business with Volusia Motorsports yesterday, and I was impressed from beginning to the end! I had a Can Am Spyder that I wanted to trade for a "real" bike, so after going through 4 dealerships in Orlando and being frustrated with horrible offers from all 4, I contacted VMS. I spoke to Andy over the phone late Tuesday afternoon, and let him know what I wanted to do and he quickly and very personably took my information. It was late in the day, and we both decided that we could talk the next day about options. I was contacted by Andy first thing the following day (yesterday), and he had a deal already constructed for me. The offer was greater than anything that I had received from the larger "big name" Orlando dealers! Throughout the day we continued to communicate about the deal, and by the end of the day, I was on my way to New Smryna! When I arrived in NSB, at 6:15 last night, the bike that we had been talking about was sitting right out front waiting on its new owner. It was as Andy had told me, a beautiful 2013 Kawasaki Vulcan Voyager. We met outside and chatted a bit before Andy allowed me to take it for a demo ride (something that only 1 dealer in Orlando had offered me). When I got back from a brief ride, Andy and I sat and did the deal. The process was as smooth as any other deal that I had ever made. This was not like buying a used bike, or car. This was more like sitting with a friend and having a conversation over a cup of coffee. Andy was absolutely wonderful to deal with and I encourage everyone to give Volusia Motorsports the opportunity to show you how great they are! You wont be dissappointed!

I called for information on a bike and talked to Andy for a good 20min. He was informative and helpful. I called a few other KTM shops around the area and they werent willing to talk to me. I was persuaded into going into one of the other shops to talk to a salesman and was immediately uncomfortable with the way things were trying to be pushed on me and the sales tactics. The sales manager actually called Andy without me knowing it to ask him what he was going to sell me the bike for. He returned and informed me that he called Andy and would give me the same price if i was ready to sign now. (I still had not discussed any pricing with Andy as i had an appt to see him later the same day.) I was very uncomfortable with everything that happened at the other dealership and informed them of it and told them that i would never spend a dollar in there. Andy actually gave me a better price than what the other dealership said, and there was no negotiating. He gave me a great deal right up front. I would have rather paid a little more with Andy and had the ease of mind, then done any buisiness with the other dealership to save any money. Andy is very honest and genuine, and in my eyes that means ALOT.

I submitted a quote about a 2016 Victory Vegas 8-ball to about 6 different dealers around the state. Andy (the owner) was the first to respond to my request. The others responded maybe a week later and were real pushy. Andy was not, he was kind, understanding, and very, very helpful. This man will work with you, i assure you on that. I live some 4 hours away and was concerned on what the bike would look like, if it had any scuffs or if it wasnt what he said it was. Andy is a very honest dealer, probably the most honest and helpuful dealer Ive ever dealt with (and im usually very wary of dealers). We spent about 2 months on the phone/emails/texts before i was ready to purchase the bike. He worked with what i wanted, accessories, price, etc. His price was VERY fair, and i could not turn it down. If youre on the fence on who you should do business with, look no further. I implore you to stop what youre doing, and call this dealer asap! You will not get better service, i guarantee that! Im a retired military veteran and I do not put up with no BS, there is zero BS with Andy, Meghan, Tina, and Brandon. Theyre the best motorcycle dealers in Florida, hands down!

We are the owners of a 2015 Slingshot. Even though we did not buy it from the awesome people at Volusia Motorsports, we regret not doing so. Andy and his staff go out of their way to make sure any questions or concerns you have are addressed. We are from Georgia and were vacationing in the area when we stopped by. We had previously been to the dealer in Daytona we purchased the vehicle and were told nothing about the recent recalls. Immediately upon speaking with Andy he asked if we had any concerns and began describing the problems we were experiencing. He graciously offered to check our vehicle and work with us to fix the problems so we could safely return home. We strongly suggest if you are considering a purchase or any service work done to use this dealer. They are more about just the sale and make sure you are well taken care of. They are hands down, AWESOME!!!
