I purchased my vehicle from Alegria Auto Sales on June 10, 2015. I notified the salesman Darwin Castano on the same day of several issues regarding the vehicle (loud noise from the belt, air conditioner not functioning, loud noise as if vehicle was idling and the no radio in the car.) I left the vehicle with the dealership on June 10, 2015 and received a call from Darwin Castano on June 12, 2015 at 7:43pm advising all of the reported issues had been resolved and that the vehicle was ready for pick up but you closed at 8:00pm so I was scheduled to pick up the vehicle on June 13, 2015. While leaving the dealership for the first time with the vehicle on June 13, 2015 I began having trouble with front suspension rattling over bumps at low speeds, rubbing/grinding noises in front end, front end of vehicle shaking uncontrollably, while driving 30 mph the vehicle began to abnormally veer to the left. I exited the freeway and proceeded to apply the brakes and was barely able to maneuver the vehicle to avoid a crash. Once I safely made it home I contacted the dealership and no answer. I sent the attached email on June 13, 2015 at 2:51pm to Darwin Castano advising that I barely made it home in the vehicle and there was something wrong with the front end of the vehicle. Darwin Castano responded to my email on June 13, 2015 at 4:24pm advising that he would contact the service department, have the vehicle towed back to the dealership and I would be provided with a loaner car. The service department contacted me on Monday, June 15, 2015 advising that a tow truck would be sent within 24 hours to pick up the vehicle. On Tuesday, June 16, 2015 I was again contacted by the service department advising that because of bad weather they would not be able to send a wrecker. I advised that if the weather permitted on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 I would take the feeder road to bring the vehicle and pick up the promised loaner car. I arrived at the service department on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 with the referenced vehicle and I was given a loaner car in replacement. The loaner car made some loud noise, the engine light was on, the middle of the vehicle dash was missing with exposed wires and the vehicle only had one operating windshield wiper. I advised the service representative that I would not take a loaner car in that condition as it was unsafe. I returned home with the 2007 Dodge Caliber. I sent another email to the salesman Darwin Castano on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at 4:27pm advising there were 533 registered complaints regarding the front end on my make and model. The salesman’s failed to respond to that email regarding the known issues with the vehicle. On Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at 2:47pm that a wrecker would arrive at my home address to recover the malfunctioning vehicle. To date Tuesday, June 23, 2015 I am still without a vehicle or a loaner car. I again emailed the salesman Darwin Castano today at 9:55am and once again no response. I made several attempts with the service department and no one has been able to tell me what the issue is with the vehicle or when they expect the repairs to be complete. I was advised that they are replacing the struts, Cadillac converter, hardware gasket, and oil pressure valve. Rosa, the account manager advised that all of these are “simple” maintenance items which is untrue. It seems everyone gets the same response that Rosa is suppose to help but she doesnt. Amazingly your office responded to my review but has yet to call me regarding my vehicle. I gave the VIN, make and model of the vehicle.

This is my second review and again its getting a one star. I have had the same problems from the same person since my car was wrecked. After I got my car fixed in great condition. Witch was done else where and the people paid out of pocket since they were in the wrong. ROSA stopped calling so atleast I thought she would. A few weeks ago I moved so I went to the office to change my address on file to make sure they always have the correct information on me while I was still there I asked the lady at the window to please check and make sure all my finances are up to date and I dont owe anything because I got a text message saying my car note was due when I already paid it and the text was for the wrong week my car notes are on the opposite week from which im gettig these text the lady replied and said no you are actually ahead on payments so no further action is needed have a nice day.. Well 3 hours later I am at home and again the one freaking person who harassed me the last time called me again..ROSA!!she tells me my car note is due by 5pm when the office closes and I tell her it was paid last week and she has it wrong. She argues me down saying no its due that day before they close and then tells me there is a charge on my account from service department for 50 dollars. I informed her there is no way because my car had not been touched by them in months everything had been done else where and paid in full. She replied and told me it said "other" so I asked you cant tell me what you say I owe money for it just says other? And she told me yes thats all she sees. I told her ok im through with it and i will be at the office in 10 mins. I get there she had just left so I asked to speak with her boss. They informed me what I already knew witch was I owe NOTHING and they dont see anything about what she was talking about im ahead on my payments and I dont have a balance at the service department. So I asked then what does she call me disturbing my sleep for they replied they dont see where she got it from and to discard the call.. I am getting real fed up with that woman and im getting on the edge of harrasment charges! I do not mind anyone else from there BUT HER! PLEASE MAKE NOTES SOMEWHERE FOR THAT WOMAN TO NEVER CALL ME!

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST! I got into a wreck on the 30th of January and thought hey they are the lean holders of my car so I will try to do the right thing and let them fix it well 2 weeks later and still no estimate! When they finally got one it was all wrong and the estimate was for the right and left side of my car when all damage was on the right . When I asked them whats up with the estimate then gave me a run around and told me I did not specifically tell them where the damages where when I clearly pulled up in my car in driving condition they came outside and looked at the damages and wrote it all down! So I got fed up and asked someone with a towtruck to come with me tow my car and take it else where. They DID NOT want to release my car back to me. Once it was in my possession I got 6 calls back to back from rosa one of the managers telling me I better file with the insurance and let them total it out . I specifically told her I have rights and the car owner to get it fixed or let the insurance have it but since the person who damaged my car was willing to mail over a check to the body shop of my choice. Which they did and it has been fixed! I had to hang up in her face and keep ignoring her incomming calls she just would not stop harassing me then tried to throw in your calls are being recorded... ok and? Now here we are at the beginning of april and I get a phone call from the same lady saying my car note is not paid and I owe service department.. I tell her shes incorrect and im on my way to their office right now to see wth shes talking about. When I get there she left 5 MINS BEFORE I GOT THERE and her boss checked my account and said nothing like what she told me showed on my account and im all up to date with everything.. THE NEXT STEP WILL BE SEEING MY LAWYER FOR HARASSMENT!
