Just good people doing a great job. I was in the Automotive Business for 27 Years. Being a GM Service Manager, Parts Manager and Warranty Administrator gives me a unique perspective on buying cars. I purchased a 2010 VW Routan from J&L Auto in February. The sales person (Jackson Hukill) answered my questions and provided excellent service in a friendly and professional manner. Three weeks after my purchase, one of the power windows stopped working. During my intial visit, I asked Jackson what happens if something like this occured. He told me that they would repair failures of this matter for 30 days. Keeping in mind that this was a verbal commitment and there was nothing in writing, I telephoned Jackson and requested that it be repaired. Without hesitation he said they would repair it for free. The point of all of this is not only did I get a good deal, I got a Dealership that would stand by their word. Thanks Jackson and everyone at J&L.

If there were an option to choose more than 5 stars then I absolutely would. Jackson was a phenomenal salesman & a huge help. I had gone to several other dealerships looking for my ideal vehicle with no luck at all. It caused me to assume that all car salesmen were only after every penny I had in my bank account, until I found J&L Auto! Their complete sales team was beyond exceptional (Although, I unfortunately didn’t have the pleasure of meeting the star team member Frank The Dog.) Definitely not your average car dealership & I mean that in the BEST way! They wont pressure you & theyll answer all your questions. They speak with you as an actual person, NOT just a customer. They want to help you make sure youre comfortable with your decision and won’t try to sneak on thousands of dollars of unnecessary extras. I would refer any future car buyers to this dealership. Fantastic service!

I drove 5 hours to purchase my car because from the first time on the phone, I had the immediate feeling that I was respected as a customer. Jackson and Trey answered all my questions and even send me additional pictures of the car so I could confidently make the decision to make the 330 mile drive down there. Once at the lot, which has a lot of options for any demand Id say, I was presented with the car exactly as described and was given all the time I needed to check out the vehicle. No pushy approaches or pitches. Great car dealership and a fantastic buying experience. I will recommend this place to all my friends and anyone reading this. Steve Wallace was absolutely wonderful. I was able to get everything done via 2 phone calls and the rest through email. He found me a vehicle well under my max budget as far as payments. He did not try to show me vehicles he knew I couldnt afford like every other dealership I talked to did. He was extremely helpful and considerate. All I had to do at the end was come in, sign my paperwork, pay my down payment and am now a proud owner of the exact type of truck I was looking for. I highly recommend him and this company. Very honest people.

Just purchased a car from these guys and they are amazing! Super nice guys and not even close to being your average, overly pushy, annoying car salesmen. I probably went to every car lot in Tyler and where I wasnt turned off by the crazy prices, I was turned off by the salesman. Jackson was my salesman and he did a fantastic job working with me and keeping in touch with me over the course of my buying experience. Ive purchased many cars, both new and used, and I must say this was one of the best experiences Ive had. Steve was responsive to my initial email query, on a Sunday no less. Once at the lot the following Monday, Jackson was attentive and personable. There was no pressure to buy and clear answers were provided to all my questions. Great place! They have a very friendly staff and were also very efficient and quick. The sales rep was very helpful and understood my priorities, what I was looking for, and did not seek to push me into a decision. I got a steal-of-a-deal on a van that I am very happy with. They also offer a free warranty for a month after I purchased the car, just to make sure that I was happy with the purchase! I would recommend this business to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic experience. After hunting for a good deal for a couple months and putting up with so many pushy salesmen, Trey and crew were a much-needed welcomed breath of fresh air. I had a great experience at J & L Auto. I purchased a 2005 BMW and it broke down two days after. I called Jackson and he had it towed and repaired for no charge to me!
