Charles is amazing!! I cannot imagine buying vehicles anywhere else. I have bought cars previously through traditional routes or other buy here pay here places.. they are a huge headache and take all day. Charles will have you in and out the door in 30 minutes or less and he doesnt sell unreliable vehicles like other buy here pay here places... I have bought 2 vehicles from him in the last two years and only one of them has had to have a minor repair.. otherwise both run great!!! Charles is extremely understanding about late payments, just be upfront and honest with him.. he also offers free oil changes while you are financing with him which is going extremely above and beyond... like I said I cannot imagine any other way to buy a car. Carmax is not the way car buying is supposed to be.. brown family auto is.

Brown Family Auto Sales is a great place to buy a car. The customer service is awesome. Charles is beyond amazing to deal with. Ive had 3 cars before getting the one i bought from them last year (still paying on it but just about done). The car i bought from them was the first car i bought on my own. Charles and Aaron made the experience beyond comfortable and made sure i understood everything when it came to the paperwork and really made the whole situation as easy to deal with as they possibly could. Bought my car from Charles just about three years ago (2dr Honda Acc 04), only needed one repair other than that no problems.
