I bought an Audi at IAS on Dec 31 2014. It started having problems at week 2. At two months after purchase the paint began to wear off where the rust on the front wheel wells had been covered up and started bleeding through. It was my oversight that I didnt see the tires had 6 months left on them but those are the minor problems. In February it became apparent that the problems were major in that the oil was draining into the engine. They seemed to be very accommodating at first with nice words like, "Were going to take care of you" but no actions, as 10 months later I am still driving this car, having to put a full quart of oil in weekly. No-one there could tell me what was wrong with it. Only that the value of the car dropped $4,000, five months after I had purchased it. Now I have a car with major issues and a $4,000 loss that I am left to deal with. Bob, did not follow through with his promises to "take care of me" and Stephan was rude and abrupt. I was in again yesterday. Bob, who when I last spoke to him over a week ago on the phone, said he was going to his desk now to crunch numbers and would call me right back. He never did call me back. Yesterday the owner was in and when I addressed him, he said to me, "I have nothing to do with this". Its going into winter now and I will have to resign to moving on. This car is not safe to drive, therefore I will take the loss as a $4,000 lesson learned and get into a safer car before winter hits.

First I took my time in looking for a used car. Price on the website got me to take a look at IAS. I was nervous as to a few negative reviews I read but since I did my homework on the car it was worth pursuing. At IAS, true to their word, it truly was a no hassle approach. Took a 2006 Volvo S60 AWD for a good drive around the area, told them I was interested but wanted to have my mechanic look over the car. Vin said great, when do you want to do that and set the date. Asked if they wanted a deposit to hold the car, he said no your word is good enough for us. No pressure to hurry nothing to sign. Two days later came back to take the car to my mechanic, result was a few minor issues. Back to IAS, gave them the feedback that I wanted the car provided they took care of the minor issues and upcoming maintenance (no problem). We settled on a price after quick honest negotiation. The only negative is that the car could have been detailed a little better before delivery, but I am nitpicking. Now 3 months later I am still happy with my car and would not hesitate to return for another purchase or service.

A week ago, I bought my first car here. I wasnt sure about the dealer before I went, because I saw all of these excellent reviews. Everything seemed too good to be true. Honestly, I couldnt have come across a better dealer to buy a car from. Their relationship is based on trust with the customer, and that is shown the second that you step onto the lot. I already knew of an accident on the carfax of the vehicle that I was looking at, and they brought it up to me upfront, and they will explain the carfax blips to you completely. They have nothing to hide, and wouldnt sell a car to you if it wasnt a great vehicle. Even better yet, they service all of the cars they sell, so if I am ever in need, I know right where to go. People have this preconceived notion that car dealers are just swindlers that only care about you taking something off the lot.Everyone there was so personable. However, I didnt feel that here at all. I felt safe, and they will get my service for as long as possible. Integrated Automotive Services Inc is truly a dealership for the people.

Shopping for a car has never been a favorite pastime of mine- that is until I made my way back to IAS where 10years ago, I bought the Honda Van that IAS found especially for my family and me. With regular servicing by the exceptional crew at IAS, we were able to put over 200K miles on that vehicle. We consider it and IAS, heroes. Last week, I returned to IAS in search of a replacement. Where else would I go to find a more knowledgeable, straightforward, trustworthy team in the auto business? Once again, they walked me through the process, offering the guidance and reassurance that made what might have been a stressful, worrisome task, an absolute pleasure. I know without a doubt that I got the best deal on a great (and this time around, very cool), reliable vehicle because IAS wouldn’t allow anything less. IAS is a place where service matters much more than sales, where people take care of people and where you all ought to go to buy your next car, a second car, your kid’s first car, your midlife crisis car… they’ve got ‘em all.

These guys know what theyre doing! I took my car in for repair as it was badly damaged. They fit me in their schedule right away, worked with me on getting the part and got the car back to me in 5 days, including the weekend. I brought the car to them on Wednesday and I had the car back on Monday. They didnt charge me a storage fee as some places do while the part was being delivered. The part replaced was a used part and unfortunately, it had a leak after the repair. I brought it back to them the next day, they took it in right away and got the replacement parts to fix the leak the same day. I even asked them to do another maintenance item as well and they accomodated my request, set me up with a loaner and still got the car back to me the same day. AMAZING. No other repair facility has a truely great bunch of guys in the service department and are so customer focused. Should I have any other issues, I will return.

I bought a 2011 Hyundai Genesis from these guys . Honestly it was a very pleasant and relaxed experience. I had gone to many dealers locally that were extremely pushy and tried to sell me on cars I just thought looked good and were trying to get me to fill out paperwork even though I wasnt ready to make a purchase . Integrated automotive services : BMW Volvo Was completely different . Not only did I get to test drive my car without feeling like I committed to any purchase . They were kind and very agreeable . I had contacted mike and when I went in person I had Bob take care of me . If you plan on getting a car and youre living in NYC or someplace further away I would definitely recommend this place. Its far but their prices are extremely competitive with kelt blue book and other dealers .

We are still feeling the impact of these crooks. My son purchased his first car -- newly inspected. Within two weeks, the brake light came on and our mechanic determined it needed front and back brakes. Additionally oil leaks began within one month of purchase. The car was only driven 3,000 miles since our purchase last February. ABout 3 months ago, the car wouldnt go in reverse. We took the car back to these crooks and they saif the transmission was shot. Again the reliable mechanic put some transmission fluid in the car and it goes in reverse. I would run anyway from this place if youre considering any deal.
