After some heavy internet research, I decided I wanted to buy a new XC60 T6 Platinum...I contacted a few local dealers and one night, while in the Doylestown area, decided to pop into Keystone and test drive the vehicle. I met Rich Wobensmith, who I had been in contact with via email. Rich had the exact model/color I was looking for on the lot and took us for a test drive. He was very patient, understanding and knowledgeable of the vehicle. Before leaving the dealership, I told Rich, this was the vehicle for us and to give me his bottom line. Naturally, I price shopped the quote he gave me. Two dealerships told me the best they could do was match Doylestown (however, getting them to that point was painful and neither place had the color I wanted, they would have to order it). The third dealership we went to, could not touch his price, the salesman just kept saying, "Im not sure how they are selling you this". Truth be told, we did not get a warm, friendly feeling from the other dealerships either. One dealership left us waiting for 45 minutes before the person (who we had a scheduled appointment with) was able to talk to us (we were also the only people in the showroom). Another dealership did not have any 2016 models on the lot, but had a lot full of 15.5s that they kept trying to sell us on. We started to wonder if they had to get rid of their old inventory, before getting the 2016 models. Ultimately, after wasting two weeks shopping around looking for the best deal, we decided to go back to Keystone. We felt they were honest, upfront and that Rich really took care of us. We absolutely LOVE our new vehicle and had such a great experience with him and the rest of the folks at Keystone who helped us with our financing and tags. It truly was no b.s. We would highly recommend Rich Wobensmith and Keystone Volvo of Doylestown to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle! Katie and Greg Newtown, PA

We went to Keystone after looking at Acura MDX and Audi Q5 SUVs. Jim greeted us right away. We told him what we were looking for and he recommended the VX90 AWD. He showed us all the features of the car including Bluetooth technology, tailgate, third row seating. We test drove it and negotiated and bought that day! What won us over was the suberb customer service from Jim, our sales person and Rob the Finance Manager. There was no pressure to buy that day. We made it known up front the price we were lokoing for, and they respectfully worked with us to get it there. Unlike other dealerships that scoff at an offer, they negotiated, how the experience should be. Other dealerships "hard sell" the warranties. Rob Stein was courteous and respectful. He gave us all of our options and told us the benefits and disadvantages of not purchasing. All in all, it was a very smooth and "painless" experience and I would recommend Keystone Motors for a vehicle, and especially Jim Lamariana.

I noticed somewhere on the showroom floor a sign saying something about "No Pressure" sales. This was NOT an exaggeration. The sales staff at Keystone Volvo were professional, friendly, competent, and cooperative. We put our salesman through the wringer with questions and comparisons, because we really werent sure which vehicle to buy. Through it all, he was patient and thorough in addressing all of our concerns. At no time did I feel pressured to take a specific deal. Nor did any of the sales staff speak negatively toward any other brand or dealership. They presented themselves as offering their goods and facilitating a smooth transaction if we chose their product. If you are looking for a vehicle that falls into the category of those they sell, I give you the utmost encouragement to visit them. It was the most pleasant vehicle purchase that I can recall. And I have done a lot.

The best car buying experience in our 45 years of buying cars! This is the third time we have purchased from Keystone (four new Volvos, total). Each time we were treated fairly, patiently and respectfully. This is why we have returned time and again to Keystone, even though it is a considerable distance from our home, and there are other Volvo dealers within a far more convenient distance. Jeff and Joe most carefully listened to our specifications, and spent a considerable amount of time searching for the vehicle that we wanted. They were prompt, reliable, and paid attention to every detail that we could think of. The car was ready when promised, and in spotless condition (of course). Rob was the man who did the concluding paper work, again thoroughly and superbly well done. GO TO THEM!

I am golfing right now, everyone on the course is whisling the I Dream of Jeanie theme song. I get weird vibes from the golf ball cleaners. I shave my pits on the 9th, and I got a hole in one on the 10th. I shaved my neck on the 11th, and got a kiss from the willow tree on the 12th. I at Wendys and had agressive balloon stomache which caused me to tee off, fart, and push my ball to the green while texting my boss. "I am gonna need some help I cant come in today. I have golf poop madness, you dont want me to come in today, its Jurassic Park meets Gi Joe Nurse type of bad". This Golf course is nice clean and friendly, wish they had cross county skiing here in the off season.

The experience of buying my Volvo was terrific. I had in my own mind what I thought a fair deal was and then the dealer came back with a price that beat it. I got a financing rate 0.10% below what my own bank would have given me and what I felt was fair, again, beating my expectation. The trade-in price for my current vehicle also completely beat my expectations. The sales person was very well informed and not at all high-pressure. The car was delivered when they said it would be and everything was prepared in advance so that the purchase process went very expeditiously. I would definitely recommend this dealership for purchasing a new Volvo.

Honestly it was very poor. I waited around to talk to someone about a new Volvo. The sales guy let me test drive a car. Didnt know anything about the features of the car nor did he know that it has a timing belt vs chain. Tried to get pricing from him and he would give part of the pricing and leave out doc fees and dest charges. They used the same rhetoric, bring us your best deal and we will beat it. Had to buy the car elsewhere who was thousands less and provided all pricing details. moreover they knew every detail and function about the car.

Ive had auto sales experience myself and thought I would always be distrustful of any car sales "professionals." Joe and Keystone Volvo changed my perspective back to a much more positive and pleased realization that it can be a pleasant and mutually respectful experience. Never did I feel pressured or manipulated; and I was asked at every step how I wished to proceed. There will be no hesitation to recommend to anyone whos seriously looking for a quality vehicle.

I have been taking my Volvos to Keystone Volvo for service since 1978. They have always treated me fairly and provided excellent service. This time is was my C70 convertible that needed a repair to bracket that controls the hardtop roof. My wife also hit a rock with the right front tire and they had to replace the suspension for the right front wheel. All the work was done on time and with our error. The service team is always friendly and willing to help.
