If you are reading this review I implore you to NOT do business with these thieves! This car lot sells water damaged, rusted out autos. Whats worse is they will look you in the face and smile and tell you that everything is ok with your car. My father bought a 2004 Toyota Tacoma from Highline Imports. Hes was an older, trusting gentleman who would give anybody the benefit of the doubt. The dealers at Highline Imports saw him coming and took complete advantage of him. This Tacoma had been in a flood, Im not entirely sure how they got a clean title on it but after my Dad spend 16K on it he broght it home and started to notice that there was rust in all the nooks and crannies. He wanted to believe that no right minded person could ever do something so horrendous so he decided to take it over to the Toyota dealership to make sure everything was ok. The dealership wouldnt even allow my father to drive it home! They said that the frame was so rusted that they couldnt believe it was still in one piece. Highline didnt return calls and gave him the run around. Basically what he had to do was trade it in, losing thousands of dollars and (hopefully) somewhat wiser. Ive read some of the other reviews and I am not surprised other people have had similar problems with this dealer. What I am surprised with is how this band of thugs are still in business. Trust me, if you take a chance and buy a vehicle from this dealer you are rolling the dice. My father has now passed away but I was trying to get him to sue this place. I guess they got away with it this time but please dont fall victim to their scams.

I wish I were telling a lie but I am not. I drove over two hours away to look at a vehicle here and was highly impressed with the vehicle and price range. I called early in the morning to notify that I was coming to look at it. I got there and they never removed the snow off the vehicle, the battery was dead and along with that when I went to test drive it, it had a tps light on. I was a little discouraged at that point but the gentleman helping (Mike) was very polite and helped me along. When I met the sales manager on the other hand it all went south. I have been looking around quite a lot and never have I had a sales agent so disrespectful of his potential customer. I sat in a waiting room until he showed up and when he finally did, he did not introduce himself or anything. Instead his first words to me were "how much are you looking for on that truck" (I was going to trade). I was baffled about this but told him my request and he shuttered and said well there is no way we can do that. I asked if there was movement on the price of the car I was looking at. He literally just said wait a minute and walked out of the room. Mind you this truck had recalls on it, it was previously smoked in, and no current inspection. When he finally got back I told him about my concerns and his response was that they can only go down $250. The smoking smell they could get out with a $300 process, the recalls have to be taken to the dealer, and we dont inspect until they are bought. After all of this I finally got his name and left. Worst car buying experience yet...

A royal disaster. In June 2013, I bought a 2005 A4 Convertible with 100K for daughters 16 b-day. Ill accept responsibility for not taking to independent mechanic. 1 hr after purchase the engine light went on (an obvious reset without fixing - ignition module issue). 2 weeks after purchase, Water pump was leaking and had to be replaced - required a full timing belt adjustment. Audi dealer identified an additional leak behind engine had to fix. 2 months after purchase, the alternator failed - had to fight with extended warranty folks. 4 months after purchase the car is not delivering heat - heater core is clogged and needs to be replaced. 6 months after purchase the floor boards are wet - informed today that the rear window is separated from convertible roof - fix is a $3500 new top. Nice birthday present yes? Way to go Dad. No way a mechanic serviced this car - how did I miss so many issues when I was looking it over. The highline import owner was unsympathetic when I was seeking reimbursement for the water-pump - thought my mechanic and I were trying to scam him and the warranty company. I sent him water-pump and he sent me a check for $130 bucks. I am now out around $3.5K since June. Cutting my losses now and will trade the car in this weekend to a reputable Audi dealer. Draw your own conclusions on this experience.

Bought a 2008 Audi A4 3.2 from this dealership 2 years ago. There was definitely no pressure on the sale, it seemed they could care less if we bought the car or not. We purchased a 36 mo/30K mi warranty and WOW am I glad we did. Our car has been serviced by Highline roughly 6 times since we purchased - each time resulting in needing to leave the car with them for days on end which is very inconvenient if youve got kids, jobs, commutes, etc. I would say my biggest issue is the lack of customer service. When work is done on your vehicle, YOU need to call to see when the work is completed, or youll be waiting days after the work is done (usually when I call someone acts surprised and says "Oh yeah, your car has been done for a while. UMM thanks for the phone call). When parts need to be ordered, YOU need to call (usually 2+ times) to follow up and see if the parts have been ordered and when to bring your car back in for the work. We love our car (because its a nice Audi) and the warranty we purchased has saved us thousands in labor and parts... But we certainly wont be purchasing from this dealership again. I like pretending businesses I give money to care about my business and experience and I dont feel Highline really cares once the transaction is completed.

Dont touch any of their cars they are all crap and a waste of time. Bought a 2008 nissan altima coupe took my time on making the decision to buy inspected the car as well. Doors tire pressure etc. Finally bought the car drove it to a friends house and notice a rattle in my passenger door. When to see if anything happened my door panel came off.( When I bought the car checked the doors and body work because it was in accidents but didnt happen when I took a week of inspecting the car fishy) A week after noticed the car was running heavy and exhaust was ringing. Took it to the dealer and had a cracked manifold fixed the problem free of charge (the problem wasnt fixed just glued the crack and gave me my car. 3 months came buy still no registration get a letter in the mail stating dealer forgot to put the I.D. number then misspelled my name and the fixed everything so they said 2 days should have everything gave them an extra 5 days I decided to go to the DMV where I register all my cars and come to find out the car wasnt even on file or in there computer for being processed. So they never did it worst place to buy a car
