Worst place ever!!!! This is not the first time Ive had an issue with them, its just the one time I decided to write a review. My car wouldnt start one morning and I got it towed to center city verses Admore (whom I visit often and are AMAZING) simply because the tow guy said he could pick my car up asap if it was sent to center city and later if I wanted it sent to Ardmore. So I asked for it to be towed to center city. This was 7am and around 10am I called and the guy handling my car said the cars are being serviced in the order they came in & said since my car came in at 9am it would be awhile before it was looked at. I corrected him and said it got there at 7am since the tow guy called to confirmed it was dropped off. He then said well their are cars that werent finished yesterday and that maybe my car wouldnt be looked at until tomorrow! Mind you my car was towed to them even before they opened. So after work (5pm) I went to them and asked for the status of my car & he said that it hasnt even been looked at. Its been almost 12 hours!!!!! So I asked to speak to the service manager and explained my situation and asked if my car could be towed to Ardmore and the second he heard "Ardmore" he said he would get my car looked at next, 10 mins later he came back and said i just needed a new battery and that he could replace it asap. 20mins later I had my car back. It took me going up there and mentioning my car being serviced somewhere else for them to make immediate moves. Oh, not to mention every single person in there, from the receptionist to the manager is RUDE!!!! They are not professional at all and do not care about their customers!!! Please save yourself the trouble and go to a different dealership. I recommend Ardmore Toyota.

I was recommended to this dealership from a friend that has a scion that told me he really liked it. Ive been looking for a car for about six months and i finally decided that the car that i really wanted to purchase was a Scion Tc. I was looking all over the internet and i had seen that the dealership in Ardmore had a Scion Tc that i was very much interested in. I called Central City Toyota about the car i was interested in and that the car was at the Ardmore location and explained that i was not able to get to Ardmore due to not having a car (I had to take public transportation). They told me that it would be no problem for them to bring the car from the one location to their dealership by the next day. I thought that was great customer service and it showed that they were confident enough in the vehicle for me to buy that they would take the time to go out of their way to pick up the vehicle for me to view the next day. The sales associate that i worked with name was Rick Roy, He was very welcoming and also knowledgeable about the car i was interested in. I gave all ratings (Besides quality of work, because i thought that had to do with repair work on a car, a 5 star!, the only reason i put N/A was because i did not receive any repair work yet from the dealership, BUT i will most definitely return here to service my car/come for any type of repairs based off of the wonderful experience Ive had with everything so far) All in all it was a great and very easy experience compared to other dealerships Ive dealt with and would recommend Central City Toyota to any friend that is looking for a good car at a good price with friendly and well-informed sales associates. I give Central City Toyota a 5/5! Thank you all again for the help!

I was in the market for two cars, as both of mine died in one weekend :-( Test drove a used Sienna and a new Prius. Pros: they were willing to let me take a good long test drive with both cars, and to take the used car to my mechanic in Narberth for a checkover. Cons: First of all, they are building a new showroom. They are in a trailer office now, but its a toilet. You are within feet of other customers trying to do deals and can clearly hear everything that is being said. No privacy whatsoever. Second: It took a day to arrange the test drive of the Prius, and then I was left sitting for 40 minutes while they "got it from the warehouse", after being told it would take 5 minutes. Im not sure what was going on, but in general my impression was that they werent interested in my business at all. Maybe because Im educated and had done some price shopping on the internet, they realized that I wasnt going to roll over on pricing. All of the other shoppers, whose deals I could hear being made, needed to finance their cars, and the sale men were focusing on the amount of monthly payment - thats an old dealers trick that allows them to hide a multitude of up charges. I asked for a deal not the two cars and the price I was given was ridiculous - 18,800 for the 2008 Sienna and 28,800 for the Prius. Said that was too high, they said "See ya, dont let the door hit you on the way out". Later that day bought a new prius for $27,400, and a Sienna for $16000. If you dont want to jerked around, try Conicelli Toyota.

I am the original owner of a 2007 FJ Cruiser that has been essentially problem free for nearly 8 years. A few weeks ago a check engine light came on, I took it to a local garage with the idea I might save a few bucks on the repair. The problem seemed to be relatively straight forward as the vehicle generated a cam sensor error. Long story short, after nearly 400 dollars to replace the cam sensor, the problem was not resolved. The performance further degaded and the vehicle began to run poorly. The neighborhood mechanic seemed to be a wits end and spent several weeks trying to resolve he issue, ultimately concluding the car had an impending engine failure. I stopped by Central City where where spoke with Chuck, explained the history, and asked for help. I was really concerned that my car was kaput. A couple hours later, Chuck called to let me know the problem was resolved, and relatively cheaply. I am an extremely frugal person and work to find good value. The lesson was pretty clear, that a cheap fix is not cheap if it is not backed up by expertise. The service department at Central City Toyota has always impressed me and ultimately fixing the problem correctly the first time, and being able to trust a mechanic, is a huge component of value. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE SERVICE AT CENTRAL CITY. Ive owned lots of vehicles and many different brands over the years and they are straight shooters - among the best dealer service departments Ive dealt with.

I was a new car buyer looking for my first car. I had already been ran around by other dealerships and was losing hope that I would find something used, in good condition, and affordable. I had ran across Tim Woodard in January, but was not quite ready to make a purchase, but in late Februray I ran into him again on an inquiry of a 2003 Toyota Camry. Via email, I laid out what I can do and cannot do and he called the next morning to set up a meeting about the car in question. I agreed to meet with him that evening, but then a phone call from Tim in regards to the car I had choosen made me a bit concerned. He called to tell me that the 2003 Camry was sold the night before, but he was in the process of getting me the same car only a year newer. I was skepticall at first, but he asked me to trust him. So, trust him I did. Re reshecduled for Saturday morning. I saw the car in the lot and it looked liked it was used, but in pretty decent condition. It ran well and the brakes took a bit getting used to, but overall I liked it. Tim walked me through the process step buy step and was available to answer any questions I had. He got me approved for financing, and got me a fairly afforadle monthy payment. Tim did all he could to make sure I had a car that I was comfortable with and pleased with. he is a true asset to your dealership. I look forward to working with him again in the future for my next car purchase. A good experience!
