I recently bought a car from AutoStar after having looked online for a particular car for weeks. AutoStar had the car I was looking for and @ a very competitive price. I came in from out of state to purchase this car and there was never any pressure and the entire process was very smooth. Both Doug and Kevin were very knowledgeable, and Kevin was terrific in helping with many aspects particular to this car. Even weeks after the purchase when I had a question-he researched and responded very quickly and thoroughly. I have purchased several cars over the years and would certainly come back to do business with Kevin and AutoStar-to the point that I would come back from a neighboring state. Great folks-great car. Highly recommend.

My experience was awesome. Absolutely no pressure, yet always right there and ready when I needed them. The crew at the Westgate location was fantastic! Thank you so much Mike and Terrance. I love the car! The folks at the Westgate branch went out of their way to accommodate my unusual schedule, they were actually able to deliver the car and attempt the paperwork at my workplace. Ive had lots of car buying experiences but this easily ranks at the top. The only part that makes you scratch your head a little.is the actual location of vehicles. However 99% of them were where they were shown to be, and this included the one I wound up purchasing.

Got cheated by these people. I gave them every chance to make this right and they refused. Brought it to the attention of the supervisor and he acted like he knew nothing so I thought maybe he will do something to try and make it right but again nothing and he wouldnt even take my calls after that. If you are thinking about going here you really need to think twice. They burned me and werent even interested in making anything right, they simply just dont care about the customer. Patton avenue is the one I went to. Be careful around this crew. I wont be burned by them again.

Where do I begin? How can I express what a blessing AutoStar has been for my family & I. Sounds kinda funny saying a car dealership has been a blessing. It is true. Ray helped me every way possible. They are good people. Im a single mom and I needed someone to believe in me, trust me, guide me, & help me. Ray did this and then some! I have a safe vehicle for my daughters. They dont have to feel embarrassed. Everyone I spoke with at AutoStar was helpful. I cannot say enough. If you want good, honest people to help you..... then go to AutoStar.

Overall my experience at this place was the best from start to finish they where quick to help in an way they could. If you have questions about anything just ask them they answer it. Bought my first brand new 2016 car at the best price they could get me. I recommend people to take a look around here and also if they dont have the car you want ask them to look at the inventory they have many choices to choose from.

I visited many used car lots in Asheville in search of a vehicle, and was pleased to discover this one. There was a good selection of inventory on the lot, and I was told there are hundreds more on the website. The staff was very friendly and i didnt feel like they were trying to cheat me like some other used car dealers. I recommend you give this dealer a try if you are looking for a fair price on a used car.

Kevin and Doug were excellent! This was my first automobile purchase and they were very helpful. Not only were they friendly but they were very upfront, honest and gave me great advice about the car buying process. Dont do it dont trust them and definitely dont do an online application..they told me i was approved on a certain vehicle and once i get there they tell me i wasnt approved on that vehicle and tried to sell me something else..definitely dont trust any of the staff
