Possibly the WORST experience of my life, bought 4 brand new tires to be installed at ed morse gmc, staff was nice to begin with, sat around for 4 hours to get my tires put on (which they charged me almost double the advertised rate) but didnt bother me much since i was in a pinch and needed them done asap. after the 4 hour wait the car came out with all 4 of my wheels completely destroyed . after some fighting they finally admitted fault (the service write had looked at my wheels prior to the service and he was at lunch) he confirmed that they destroyed them. OK no big deal they decided to fix them, but no loaner car, this is my only car... some more fighting and i got a loaner.... 2 days later came to pick up the car, left and the car drove terrible, the wheels were also repaired OK but not great, brought to a different shop, the confirmed that they didnt balance the wheels after the wheel repair or balanced improperly, got them done, went back to ed morse asked for a refund they told me no, you should have brought it back well fix it... ya ok you just destroyed my rims and pretty much told me to never come back. WORST DEALER EVER, cant even change a tire?? cmon guys, you ave a 2014 corvette out there with wider rims than my car. so i have no disputed the charges on my credit card and will get my money back. , o and just to add insult to injury one of the tires blew out 5 miles after i got it back from the other mechanic who did not remove the tires, only rebalanced the wheels with the tires on... so who knows what happened there...

Not a happy camper!. Found this beautiful truck online and went to see it right away. I test drove it after my Thorough look over and pointed out a few things that needed to be addressed. They assured me they would be taken care of. I took the truck home for the night while I decided if this was the one or not. During this time I looked it over probably every square inch. I got the issues jotted down on an I owe you so I could bring the truck back to be fixed another time. This is when it starts!. Long story short. .... I bring it in, they call me later and say I can pick it up... I get there and ask what it was and they tell me they had to order a drive shaft but I can take the truck home while we wait for the part. After telling me i can get a rental if its under warranty. Meanwhile, the truck is cupping (chewing up) the tires in the front like something is off on the alignment. I asked if they addressed that and they did not after i asked them to..Several days later my part is in. Now my tires are much worse and I have vibration in the front. They check the alignment after installing the shaft and told me no issues found. I asked them what it needs then and Ill even pay for it ,even though I shouldnt. They found no issues anywhere and they never even rotated the tires like I asked! Now my tires are screwed in the front due to their negligence. Not to mention they SCRATCHED ALL 4 OF MY RIMS with the alignment machine! ! ! Sad that I have to take it elsewhere when I was told it would be fixed.

Just bought a GMC truck from this location over memorial day weekend and was really pleased with my experience, particularly with Raymond Beasley, Mark Mercer and Bo Morgan. I drove 4 hours across the state to get it, because it was more competitively priced than trucks in South Florida and all my interactions with their point man, Raymond Beasley, were really respectful and punctual - good first impression. Upon getting there, I worked with Mark Mercer mostly and he was kind and didnt pressure my wife and I at all. He was knowledgeable about the products and was able to answer all my questions - good second impression. Upon deciding that the truck was for me, I worked with Bo Morgan for the financing particulars and was extremely impressed. His gentlemanly demeanor exudes trustworthiness and respect. His many years as a dealership owner was obvious in how experienced he was, but he was never patronizing and was nothing but a consummate professional. This Ed Morse location is lucky to have him. So overall, this experience was great and I would recommend this location, even if youre farther away like me.

Nightmare!!! No communication, updates, call backs, etc. My car drove fine when I took it there and broke down within one mile when I left...it was pouring transmission fluid and smoking. My Hummer was in better shape before they flushed the transmission fluid. The vehicle had to be towed back to them and then they had the nerve to charge me for it. They offered no compensation just a bunch of useless talk... The manager did nothing to make the situation better just promised me two oil changes via e-mail that I never received. He should have refunded me the $800 that I spent for maintenance since they obviously did not perform it correctly and that does not even compensate me for loss of revenue for the few days of spending all my time dealing with them. To top it all off, I got a follow up call who was shocked with my experience and said they would look into correcting it and call me back... yep, she never called back either! What a joke...

The deal on my Sierra Denali was pretty straight forward with a 20% off sale for Labor Day. That said, Dave Weisman and Sal Dibartolomeo were awesome and made sure I got every rebate, the best interest rate on my loan, and the best trade in Value (beating Carmax!). Sal knew his stuff when it came to the features of the truck. Nothing more frustrating that asking a salesman about a feature and they have to look it up. Not with Sal ... he went over EVERY feature in detail. Anne was also great in the business department, but PLEASE get her a new printer! I think it added 25 minutes to my time in there due to paper jams! She was very professional about it, but that has to be frustrating. All-in-all a fantastic experience and well worth the hour drive from New Tampa.

I purchased a new 2017 Buick and this was absolutely the best car buying experience I have had in 50 years! No hassle negotiations, straight-forward and very honest approach to sales. The people at Ed Morse Auto Plaza were all very polite, cheerful, and very easy to work with. They instilled a high degree of trust and made me very comfortable every step of the way. The team kept me fully informed though out the order and delivery process. Jeffry Perego and David Weisman were exceptional people to do business with. They were efficient and fair. I have a great deal of experience doing business worldwide and can honestly say that these folks are top notch!!!

I was looking for a deal on a new Mazda so I made an offer to an online ad posted by Ed Morse Mazda. Their internet manager, Tom McCubbin, called me back almost immediately. He got me an amazing deal on a new Mazda 6 - good enough to fly down there from Pensacola. After picking me up from the airport Tom handed my deal over to salesman Jay Feret, who had the car gassed up and ready to go. Jay had the paperwork finished in no time and before I knew it I was driving home in my new car. Awesome!! Thanks again to everyone at Ed Morse Mazda for all your help, a great deal, and excellent experience.
