Not too happy now, scheduled appointment months in advance, kept getting reminders of my 10:30 appointment time, arrived at 10:25 and waited 30 minutes in the service bay for Barry the service writer, before signing paper for 6 month service. Then told it will be 1 1/2 hrs to do the oil change and tire rotation. Glad that the service is part of free Toyota plan for 2 years.

Bad service and sloppy business. I had to have my car serviced there because its company owned. They had to do a 20,000 miles check up with oil change. They did the minimum possible, left a flashlight in my car, did not fill the tires (did they check at all?), etc. Customer service is rude.

If you plan on getting your vehicle serviced, dont do it here...i had an appointment and it took 7 hours for a oil change, alignment, and inspect a tps sensor. Seriously take your business elsewhere.

The service is nice and the people is very nice too, everybody is greeting, but the waits take for ever, I would say thats the only downfall.
