THEY RIPED ME AND MY FAMILY OFF" Long story short I got approved for a car I switched my job so I can make more MONEY and doing so Ken underwritten my contract and told me I had to bring the car back due to the fact Im a young successful woman an they didnt believe my pay stubs were valided even when I had the owner of the company get in contact with them an provided them with all the paper work needed" Since they broke the contract I felt like all my money should have been refunded BUT THAT WASNT THE CASE" THEY ONLY HAVE ME ABOUT 35% OF MY BACK cause they charged me 15 cents for every mile I drove" DONT GO HERE they had no care in the world to figure this situation out" DONT GO HERE DONT GO HERE I left a lot out to DONT GO HERE

I love American Car Center! I had really bad credit and was a bit nervous when i first walked in because i was turned down everywhere else i tried. They got me done with a Super low down payment, i got a great warranty and even free oil changes for three years!!!!! Dont even get me started on the customer service. There is not enough stars for how great they where. The best experience i have ever had!! Thank you american car center , i will def be sending so many people your way!

Warning!! Horrible experience My sales person Joe spoke down to me and made me feel very uncomfortable. I tolds him what I was looking for and it was like he wasnt listening to me (typical salesmen). I told him what I had to work with and he said that was doable then 30 mins later he told mes it gonna cost me more to get into the vehicle cause theys just got it in!!! what a scam!! Stay Away.

My fiance and I went in a few weeks ago & were helped immediately! Not only was the staff quick but they were accurate and told us everything from the door. Love the honesty and the environment! So pleased with the service and staff. They helped me get out of my current lease that I still owed $7,500 on because the motor blew up.. and got me in a Chevy Equinox 2013 with 58,000 miles with a 3 year warranty, free oil changes, just the works for $500 down. Paul and Chris are two great guys thats for sure!!!

biggest joke in the industry ...cars are dirty ,cars wont start or keep running ,,talked with another customer who stated they left him stranded on highway and closed up for the night without getting him back safe .....sales people rude ,lazy .....
