Bought a volkswagen passat from this joke of a dealership. And it has a massive oil leak and front end damage..took it to them several times and i sat there for 6 hours waiting on them to fix it.. they literally did absolutely nothing.. now the oil leak is so severe when you put oil in it just pours out..engine is overheating..only had the car maybe 3 months . Called them yet again and they are going to charge me $45 just to look at it.. then want to charge me for parts and labor..i spoke with a guy named bruce.. i said " youre going to charge me to fix a car that you sold to me like this ?" His response? "Yeah".. so i will be getting a lawyer im not paying for a car that i cannot use.. this place is a joke do NOT waste your time or money there. While i was sitting down waiting 6 hours for my car to be "looked at" , the owner came in to speak with the manager about how many complaints they were getting about car repairs from customers. The manager said they take all of the cars from out back even if they arent finished and put them out front so the lot looks full. The "mechanic" asked if they can stop doing that because they get confused and dont remember what car was finished and which one wasnt. So that little convo i overheard right there was enough to show me that they dont even fully inspect or finish "fixing up" these cars before selling them!

Well, I must say, these reviews are what prompted me to go to Das Autohaus and I am so very glad I did. I was there for maybe 10 seconds when I was greeted by a gentleman who asked me if he could help me and then within a couple hours I was driving away in my BMW!!! I was having some difficulty finding financing due to already having an existing auto loan on our 1st vehicle. He had me financed within 15 mins. with the guaranteed approval for a gorgeous Beamer!! I love the car and I feel so fortunate that I was smart enough to listen to people and the reviews here. The woman who did my paperwork was amazing and printed out the carfax and went over it with me to make sure I knew what a good car I was purchasing. They are HONEST here!! I trust them and I left with the feeling of such contentment and ease knowing that if anything would happen I could bring it there and they will take care of me. I will never go any other place now. They have my families buisiness for life. My husbands car, which I took there to look at cars, had an issue with the AC and they took it into their garage and put freon in it for free!! Tell me THAT is not customer care!!!!! Thank you for reading and do yourself a favor and go there!!! You wont regret it. Promise!

Wow! How fabulous! I have seldom been to a car dealership which cares so much about their customers. But yes, my wife and I visited das Autohaus a few weeks ago car shopping and were treated to absolutely delightful customer service of the highest quality and never did we feel pressured. The second we drove on the lot we were greeted by a lovely German lady name Maggie with a warm, glowing smile that illuminated the entire car lot. We felt instantly uplifted and we were then asked what were OUR needs and desires for a vehicle. After no more than one minute after that we were asked if we would like something to drink to quench our thirst. And, may I say with confidence, from that moment on, we knew we were in good hands with an abundance of joy, love, tranquility, kindness and passion. Needless to say, we DID buy a vehicle that day and have been extremely pleased with our choice.

Would not recommend after doing some research. This was my first time of buying a car and the car I got was listed wrong on the website. The final price they offered me with no room to budge was 7000 when the car was listed for 6000. The Kelly Blue Book value for the car was only 4000 in perfect condition. The car had physical damage and interior damage and they would not budge on the price.. I feel as if they took advantage of me. After finding some research and looking deeper into the car buying experience I found things that I should have done better rather than trusting their sales team. Unless you have a large down payment or perfect credit they will not help you. In Fact they will just ignore you. Will not go here again nor will i take my car to be looked at by there mechanic as he missed some things that I found after I bought the car. Very dissatisfied.

So far this has been the best car lot Ive been to ever an I own a business an have lots pf kids so depend on my vehicles very heavily they were very kind an even gave my kids an I a ride to the park while waiting on our newer chrysler pacifica we purchased from them awsome customer services an great affordable deal an seems like all there Cars are in better shape then the other car lots around . I know simce i wwnt to all of them to find the right family car. They also work on cars to I plan on bringing one of my other vehicles to them I bought from a different car lot so they can work on it . I will definitely buy again an recommend them thanks guys :-)

I love Das Autohaus. I purchased a 2007 MB C230 sport from them 2 months ago and it was the best car buying experience Ive had. The whole team at Das is super friendly and knowledgeable. Both Christina and Bruce went above and beyond IMO. I would not only recommend them to all my family & friends. but a week ago when my wife totaled out her CRV. We went straight to Das for a replacement and they put her is a Beautiful 1 owner 2007 Cadillac CTS with 40k miles. Again hassle free. Das took care of us like we were family and I appreciate them for that. So do yourself a favor and go see them for your next car purchase. If you dont you will wish you did.
