The entire buying experience was sub par and it only got worse from there. We were rushed to make a decision. We had to ask to see the car inside in the light as it was dark out at 6pm in November. There were repairs promised due to some wheel and paint damage. Then waited over an hour to sign paperwork. It was very by this time. The business manager forgot to ask for our down payment. He had to call me the next day to get it. He also had to call a second time because they miss calculated and he needed more money. Its not that I minded paying a day later, but at least have you calculations correct before you call to get my payment. As I stated earlier, repairs were promised. They said someone would contact me in a day or two to schedule repairs. I never heard from them. After the hustle and bustle of the holidays I began calling. First the salesman (David Backherms), left at least 4 messages over several days, no return call. Asked to speak with manager, sent voicemail every single time (Delacy something), no returned calls. This lasted through January and February. I actually spoke to David once. He said hed call back in a few days, never did. I also spoke to another salesman (Joe Kelly) who told me he would personally deliver the message to a manager and be sure I was called back, but that never happened. I finally called and asked to speak to manager of the entire dealership. I spoke with Rich Newsome, the general manager. He was apologetic and said someone from the service department would get into contact with me. They did, and set up a drop off for the next day. No offer of a rental or anything. They then had my car for over a week, making said repairs. I checked on it twice and neither time could they give me ETA for when it would be finished. They finally called to say it was done when I called back they said they could not help me set up pickup because "Dave takes care of dealership paid repairs and hes not here" I went in the next morning and all they items promised were not actually complete. I had to wait nearly and hour for my car and them went out to get in and they had left it out all night in the snow with the window down. My entire drivers seat and door cover in a snowy/icy/mist. All i got was a "sorry about that." The only good thing I can say is I LOVE my car, however, avoid this dealership!

I am one consumer who transacts for the value of money - and when I say transacts, my meaning transcends dollar for service or dollar for item. My experience purchasing a vehicle at Germain Toyota was no sales pitch one engages in his/her everyday business deals. From the moment I talked to Agent Kenny on the phone and to meeting him in person and to putting pen to paper in cementing the transaction, it was stress-free getting information on the vehicle, experiencing the amenities therein and most importantly breaking down the "small prints" in the financial documents. My Toyota Camry 2017 is what it says it is and I must say Agent Kenny is a professional and down -to-earth liaison who brings consumers and dealer to the marketplace. Cheers Germain Toyota

If I could give this company zero stars I would. My salesman that I made an appointment with emailed me 10 minutes before I was supposed to meet him, then wasnt there. i waited 15 minutes then his manager said he went out to fix his cell phone and another member would help me. then the car wouldnt even start and they wanted to blame the cold weather. it was 46 and 70 the day before. The only person any helpful at this place was a service man named David. Avoid this dealership at all costs. i even saw another customer have to wait while his salesperson went and filled a car up with gas so people could take it on a test drive. A car should be up front, clean, running and not a waste of my time before I even got there

I purchased a used car memorial day weekend from Germain Toyota using the USAA Car Buying Service and couldnt be happier I drove the 100 miles to Columbus. It was a seamless transaction and superior experience. Joshua Jones was the representative I worked with and he was superb, definitely made for an excellent buying experience. We will definitely go back to their dealership in the future.

In January, I stopped one night to look for a new car. I was greeted at the door by Tom Lombardo. While I hadnt planned to buy a Prius, it was the car he said hed put his mom in :) Ive had my Prius for 8 weeks and 4600 miles! It is a comfortable ride on my daily commute (110 miles round trip). What a great choice I made when I stopped at Germain and met Tom!

Quick in and out. I have been to other service centers that have taken hours longer than expected. I found them to be spot on with the timeliness of the repair and the cost. They were friendly and polite. I walked on the sales floor and wasnt harassed by every salesman. I will be back.

Be very cautious when dealing with this bunch. We contacted them through our insurances buying program, got a call from them on Saturday, drove 2+ hours to see and test drive only to find out the vehicle went to auction THURSDAY.
