My father bought a van off of them! It caught on fire and mightve killed my father, mother and me, had it not been for an attentive neighbor. It was parked right next to the deck, which had a propane grill no more than three feet away from it!! My father wasnt told of what type of gas to put into the van, so thats what started the fire. Milam is extremely lax in customer service! The second van has ALWAYS had transmission problems, and the side door has constantly given us trouble! Whenever my father took it back in for repairs, they told him that "nothing is wrong with the transmission"! Like hell! It broke down in Bargersville and my father had to pay to get it towed to Milams, who is NOW attempting to fix it - most likely at my fathers expense! My father lost his job because of the faulty transmission and Milams lies. Now, dad cant even get a replacement car from them. Why? "Our insurance wont allow it, because of a liability"! Perhaps, if they sold decent cars, to begin with, their insurance wouldnt have any issues!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Well I found a 1994 Chevy s10 blazer that I liked. So I filled out an application online and when I call Saturday, the dude was like "we dont do financing on weekends" and then hangs up?? So I called back today and the woman who answered the phone sounded SO bothered that someone was calling. So I told her I wanted to do buy here pay here, and she was like "how much do you have to put down?" I said "$250" and she said "250!? No you have to at least have $1100." The car was less than $3000 but, whatever. So I said "oh okay thank you." And she very satcastically said "uh huh thanks." And hung up?? Just rude.

Total rip off!! Test drove the car, asked why the service engine and anti lock light were on and they said it was an easy fix for them. Once the purchase papers were signed and I called about repairs they asked me if I purchased warranty. Never was told I only had a day to buy warranty. Spent $875 on repairs at a shop only to find out there was several things wrong w the vehicle that weren't disclosed. I will NEVER buy from them again or recommend them to anyone

AWFUL! WHEN I BOUGHT MY CAR THEY AGREED TO FIX ALL THE ISSUES WITH IT, AND THEY DIDNT EVEN FIX ONE THING! I HAVE HAD THE CAR A FEW MONTHS AND ITS THE BIGGEST PIECE OF S&*# I HAVE EVER GOT. I WILL NEVER GET A CAR FROM THEM AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECCEMEND THEM TO ANYONE. I AM VERY UHAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE AND WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW HOW MUCH THEY REALLY DO RIP YOU OFF!!!!

I have received our last four vehicles from here. The service i have received has been great and the prices on vehicles have been outstanding, But to be completely honest in my review my wifes grandfather is really good friends with the owner but anytime i have seen other customers come in they are just as nice to them also.
