In December I purchased a vehicle through Indy Motor Market. They offered me a warranty on a high mileage vehicle which was awesome. They were very nice and fast with their service. Fast forward three months and I’m having issues with my vehicle that are not covered by the warranty. This sucks but that’s the joys of owning a vehicle right? This gets me looking closer at my warranty and I realize it doesn’t have anything specific written out for the additional “Total Care Coverage”. So I call Indy Motor Market. I end up speaking with Travis. He briefly goes over the warranty but when I ask about the total care coverage I get an answer of something to the extent of it’s like a factory type warranty. Well I have to keep asking more questions because I don’t know what like a factory type warranty means as I’ve never had a factory type warranty. Eventually Travis just asks what is wrong with my vehicle, so I tell him. He laughs and says no those things aren’t covered. I tell him that I’m feeling frustrated because when you buy a warranty then later something goes wrong, you want it to cover those things. He laughs again and tells me I could go and buy and different warranty but good luck finding one that covers those issues. I ask him why he keeps laughing, as I have clearly stated I’m frustrated and also I find it rude. He tells me that it’s just that I am in a bad situation and looking to blame someone. Highly offended I hang up the phone. Travis was correct with the fact that I was in a bad situation but I never blamed any one for anything that happened to my car or with the warranty. I know ever warranty has its limits and it just so happens I was outside of those limits this time. I just wanted some clarity on the total care coverage. I never expect to be met with laughter. I will blame you for something Travis and that is being disrespectful.

Not Impressed. I purchased a truck from Indy Motor Market a couple of months ago. They seemed very nice. The owner had actually been driving the vehicle himself, which seemed like a good thing. I had been saving to buy a truck, and this one met my needs. I remember the listing speaking of it had been checked out, tail gate handle replaced, and new tires. After buying it, I didn’t do much with it, having to save up the funds to get it ready for winter. I did notice the rear brakes were noisy, and found the pads were worn out. No big deal, I replaced them, but if new tires were put on, and it had been checked out, shouldn’t they have noticed that? Anyway, I finally saved up some money and took it to local shop to make sure it was ready for winter. So far, they have found $2000 in needed repairs. Bad pittman arm, bad lower ball joint, bad sway bar bracket or bushings, more than one bad u joint, and broken manifold bolts which led them to find the spark plug wires were so old & brittle they couldn’t be removed without breaking…. That’s what I remember from the phone call from shop. I was under the impression their mechanics at the lot had checked it out. Apparently a lot was missed, overlooked, or not checked very well. I will be picking up truck from shop this afternoon and will find out the bill total to make the vehicle what I thought I had bought to begin with. *Update* Truck out of shop, but will have to go back - when they filled the transfer case properly a new problem was found.... it leaks. Todays bill @ $1800, which tapped me out $$$ for now. It will be going back in to fix yet another problem it never should have had to begin with.... $$ amount unknown. All from a vehicle which had been "checked out". Will update with total when I have the funds to pay the repair shop for the transfer case repair. Until then, it will just sit parked.

I went in to have my brakes done, which took three attempts before they seemed to be fine, one time leaving me and my infant son (the owners grandson, mind you) stranded on E 10th St with a smoking rotor. After that, as it turns out they were still leaking because the mechanic left my brake bleeder valve open ruining the pads and rotors after about 7500 miles. Then they tried to sell me a vehicle offering me $2k on the trade in, basically as a personal favor as on trade my vehicle is only worth about $1000. They then proceeded to mark up the vehicle they were trying to get me into by $1000 and gave me the runaround on it. I AM A BANKER. I know how to use a financial calculator. If theyre going to screw over "family" then youre not safe either. They at least offered prayers as we walked the two miles home last summer through the rough part of town.

This is a locally owned and operated business who really cares about their customers. I walked in today mearly "looking" for a vehicle to replace my aging minivan that I found due to get in and out of due to disabilities. Problem was....I owed more on the van than it was even worth - paying $115/m for it!!!! I was greated pleasantly by Travis. He worked magic today. Not only was he able to obtain me financing - I have HORRIBLE CREDIT (577) - but he was able to do so in a way that paid off my van in the process. I drove in, in a 2001 Ford Windstar with a check engine light on. I drove away in a 2012 Ford Focus WITH warranty for $242!!!!! My results may or may not be typical, but they are WELL worth the drive (I live in Beech Grove). Plus they sell the most delish locally grown popcorn and homemade jam! Try the strawberry - its to die for!!!!

My husband and I stopped in right before closing on 2/27/16 and spoke with Jordan and Travis and they were not upset to stay and talk to us about the truck we were looking at and we took it for a test drive. Travis said he would do the work up and call me on Monday and he held true to his word. We went back on Monday afternoon 2/29/16 and took the truck for another test drive and ended up buying it. We definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy. They offer great cars at a great price with honesty and integrity. When we are in the market for another car we will be back.

After seeing the Scion xb on their website and getting quick feedback on my questions I drove up to check it out. Totally worth the 2 hour drive! The car is perfect! The staff was helpful, open and not pushy at all. The price was good. This is the first time Ive walked away from buying a car and just felt good. I love my car and was totally pleased with the whole sale interaction. They even mailed my cds to me that I left in my trade-in. Highly recommend!
