We had a fantastic experience this week purchasing a 2011 Volvo XC90 R-Design from Wares through Chaise! Chaise and the team were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient during the deal and we couldnt be happier. We felt the price was right and we received an excellent financing rate through Chaises help. The car is in absolutely beautiful condition and we really appreciated the Wares teams attention to detail when doing the safety check and detailing. We highly recommend Wares and plan to be back for our next vehicle purchase.

My wife and I had a good buying experience several years ago at this dealership, but the last time we visited (3/10) we had a bad run-in with the owner regarding NADA used-car values. The man became very agitated and confrontational when I questioned the asking price of one of his vehicles. Needless to say, we didnt return to this dealership. Wares used to be a good, reliable place to buy cars but Im not so sure anymore. The owner seems very volatile.

Dont waste your time! The staff is completely unwilling to negotiate on pricing and will in fact insult you if you offer anything below sticker price. Go to a dealership which will work towards a mutual agreement that benefits BOTH parties.

Nice low mileage cars offered at prices that are above book prices. If you want the nicest used cars and would rather just spend a few thousand more than shopping around or driving downstate than they might be the spot for you.

Of course Matthew Lewis gave Wares a five star rating because HE WORKS THERE and Chaise is his room mate. Dont waste your time!!! Owner has unpredictable and explosive personality! Buyer beware!
