I rarely write reviews so the fact that I am right now in itself tells you how incredibly awesome my experience with Butler Nissan was. I inquired about a Nissan Juke about 6 weeks prior to my purchase I instantly received an email from Melissa B. who at the time was handling internet sales (she is now in another department CONGRATULATIONS MELISSA). Now I live 2 hours from Butler Nissan (did not have a good experience last year with my local Nissan Dealership, different story) I was set out to have an excellent buying experience with my New Nissan purchase and I really got that. So Melissa and I went back and forth for a couple weeks, she was very patient with me. When she was set to leave she gave my information to Man Phung(my finance manager) Man worked with me night and day even when he was not at work I could text him with any questions I had. and when I wasnt able to reach him which wasnt very often I could reach any number of Sales Reps who would even text me pictures of the cars I was inquiring about. Chad did this several times for me. So I decided to go with a Rogue 2013, they worked on majority of the paperwork over the phone with me being very flexible. So it was set and I took the drive about 6 weeks later to look at my new Rogue, well because of something that was not previously disclosed to me on my trade in we couldnt make a deal that day but Man was not quitting there. He had Jeff show me some 2012 Rogues who was very knowledgeable but I couldnt see the numbers working out so I went home. I get a text from Man a couple days later and he was still working on my deal (even though I had given up) He told me all about the 2012 incentives and had some on the lot, so I made another drive down there, on my way Man had told me that the Rogue I wanted did not have black interior (which was a selling point for me) and yet Man and the crew were still not giving up, within an hour they had made the drive to Indy, got me EXACTLY what I wanted by trading off the one with gray interior for one with black, and to top everything off I had all my paperwork signed in under an hour. Jeff went through every inch of my New Dark Amethyst Nissan with me. I must say this was the best car buying experience I have had and will definately recommend

This is the third Camry in a row I have leased with Butler and the experience has always been great. I got really lucky this time as the exact car I wanted down to color, interior and features was one of the few XLEs that were available. Ryan was very personable, friendly and helpful. He made a very long day a good one. He also went above and beyond in making sure my car was perfect after picking it up. He checked for scratches and had a few repaired that I would have probably missed. Ryan really goes above and beyond to make sure youre happy. This is the third time working with Randy and as usual he is a pleasure to work with in the leasing process. I like this car so much I really wish now I would have bought it instead and saved some money overall, but who knows in three years I may like something else so not a big deal. I cannot believe how improved the Camrys are from my 2010 to this 2014 model. Wow, I honestly feel like Im sitting in a luxury car. The seats are way more comfortable and they did their best to hide as much plastic as possible. It is such a nice upgrade. The only thing that scares me is all the extra electronics I now have. Im worried they will break! My only complaint Toyota is that I cannot take advantage of the Entune Applications because I have a Windows Mobile phone and not an iPhone or Android. Im sure their are others like me and how hard can it be to make a Windows phone compatible app for those of us that use it. I know they only have 3% of the mobile market, but I love my phone. Overall I really give Butler high marks for overall experience. Why only a good on price? I always leave confused in that department and not sure if I received a good deal or not. Im not a haggler and Im happy to let people make a profit so I end up trusting that Im getting a fair price without really knowing or understanding if I am. I will come back again and I do recommend Butler Toyota.

I had an appointment for a tire rotation and oil change this morning that did not go very well. Weve all seen various news stories warning you of scams and shortcuts utilized in the auto service industry; i.e. your blinker fluid is low, but we could fill it for $59.95! The specs on your rotary girder are out of tolerance, but we can fix it for $34.95! You have an oil leak that we can repair for $999.95 (as they just took a squirt bottle full of oil to your engine).... The list goes on and on! With that being said, my mom always told me that when getting my tires rotated; mark a number on the rim with your finger using the road grime/brake dust as your "ink". When you leave, check the number on the tires knowing the order should have changed if the service was completed. Well after waiting 35 minutes or so (which was record time from previous experiences here) the service guy approached me and said my car was ready. After paying my invoice I got to my car and checked the numbers on my tires, knowing they should be located in different positions on the car. As you can probably guess, the order did not change and my tires were still in the original position! They did not perform the service, even though it was on the work order, and they had absolutely no problem invoicing me for the service they never completed. After an extensive talk with the service manager and 30 minutes more of my time wasted, the problem was finally resolved and my tires were rotated but why wasnt the job completed the first time? Should I assume my oil was changed too or did they in fact scam me on that service as well? I guess theres no way of telling for sure. If I had not marked my tires, I would have been down the road and they would have received my money for a service that was never completed. Moral of the story: can Butler Toyota be trusted with your cars service? That decision is yours, but Id be careful.

A couple of months ago, my Rav4 had a serious issue with the transfer case while I was visiting Indianapolis, making it impossible for me to drive back home to Chicago to the dealership where I had purchased and serviced the car. The entire service staff at Butler went so completely above and beyond, describing the issue to me and answering my questions, as well as making sure that I had a rental car so I was able to return to work the following day and while the car was fixed. Adam and Chris were the service managers that I had the most contact with- not only were they incredibly knowledgable, they were always willing to answer any question that I had. Because it was an issue with where the car was previously serviced and ended up being run through insurance, it took days for the work to just be approved. I appreciated how quickly everything went on Butlers end, with work being started as soon as possible- both when the car was towed into the shop and when the actual part arrived. Every single step of the way, Chris or Adam kept in contact with me to update me, answer questions or address concerns that I had. It has been a couple of months since my visit there, and my car has continued to run well with zero issues or problems since. In an incredibly stressful situation, Im so thankful for Butler Toyota. Not only did they provide the service that was needed, the ease they gave me in knowing that my car was in very capable hands by a service station I trusted is something that isnt always easy to find. They are, without a doubt, the best service that I have had in my ten years as a toyota driver. I would highly recommend Butler Toyota to anyone- Indianapolis residents or visitors experiencing car trouble!
