I bought two cars from ralph smith motors. And i love the sales person who helped me find the perfect car for me that i wanted and suited my budget. I like how the sales agent was very patient and not pushy or attempting to detour me from the car that i really want into a car that he wanted me to buy. No the person i worked with wasnt like that at all. And i greatly appreciate it. Because its one thing i can not stand and thats persistently pushy sales people. Yep thst makes me leave and choose somebody else single everytime. I loved ralph smith so much to the point to where i suggested people i knew as well as a few relatives. Thank you ralph smith motors (downtown) for all that you do. I look forward to doing bussiness agin sometime...

These people are a bunch of rip offs! I brought a car WITH a warranty and they never fixed the real issue!! Had me running all around Montgomery to different people trying to fix the unknown... And lord behold... My transmission is messing up and they knew it the whole time!!! They just wanted to wait until my warranty was up so they can get money out of me... I am a YOUNG COLLEGE STUDENT!!! But karma is a xxxxx... Best believe that... My credit is almost perfect, so next year, I will go to a name brand dealer... Cause businesses like Ralph Smith motors only want to get over!! People please be aware!!! Unless you have a certified mechanic with you STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

I like ralph smith motors,i bought not one but two cars from them and I love their reasonable rates, nice decent cars and the friendly atmosphere. Christina and Joe are the ones who worked with me, and I must say that they did an awesome job by providing me with the car that I wanted and the price that was within my budget, very flexiable indeed.i just wish that they provided more options other than buy here pay here and I probably would have never left to go anywhere else seeking to establish a credit history. YES I WOULD HAVE JUST STAYED MY BEHIND RIGHT THERE WITH THEM, and thats the god honest truth... GOOD JOB TO THE GUYS AT RALPH SMITH, hopefully one day we will meet agin. until then happy holidays

I am a logical person with expensive taste. I went in for a convertible, another car I was told I couldnt have, but this reason was different. It had nothing to do with my credit, drown payment, or if I could afford to maintain it. The car had a recall on the airbag, they wouldnt sell it to anyone until it was fixed. I test drove several other cars, with no pressure. I went with a more logical choice, and have yet to regret my decision. I was allowed to set the payments the way that I needed for them to fit my budget. I recommend them to everyone that asks me where I got my vehicle from. Thank you Ralph Smith for not judging me on my past, and giving me a future with a nice vehicle.
