I began my Jeep purchase journey with excitement and pride as I was purchasing a vehicle that I have wanted for over 15 years. The experience for my wife and I has been a series of horrible repairs. To make the problem worse the Service Team at the Greenwood site had little or no skill to fix the issues. The problems never able to be fixed and the Service Team was terribly rude to my wife. We have decided to start recording every interaction because no one would really be able to believe how these guys talk to my wife! NO! SHE WAS NOT STUPID ENOUGH TO LEAVE THE WINDOW DOWN AND LET IT RAIN ON HER! the darned thing leaks water when it rains. So, now to another situation with this Jeep we bought brand new and another appt. I listened as my wife made the appt. and she was extremely kind. The Customer Service Rep and Scheduling Guy was rude and demeaning to a Females need for a repair. Why is it when a Woman calls the Service Dept. they are treated as less than second class people? We have no choice but to get the repairs needed and will be certain to capture the entire event on audio and video. First,, when a Client asks what time do you have avail.? YOU DO NOT SAY ..... YOU DONT THINK I CAN JUST GET THIS DONE AT A CERTAIN TIME DO YOU? I MEAN ITS GOING TO TAKE ME A WHILE TO FIGURE IT OUT! YOU say, Let me check our schedule as I believe this may take a bit of time to get right for you....would you PLEASE be able to drop it off for me so I can get to the end of your issues? YOU dont say< "what do you mean the radio does not work?" (rudely) you say .....CAN YOU TELL ME A LITTLE ABOUT THAT PROBLEM AND HOW DID IT START? YOU DO NOT SAY "WHAT DO YOU MEAN THE WIDOW WONT ROLL DOWN" (rudely) YOU SAY....could you tell me about that and give me a few more details? You are just plain demeaning to your Customers who are Female! IF YOU TO SEE A MEDICAL PROVIDER YOU WOULD NOT HAVE THE PERFECT IDEA OF HOW THINGS WORK AS THAT IS NOT YOUR PROFESSION AND YOU WOULD NOT EXPECT THAT PROVIDER TO TREAT YOU LIKE YOU ARE STUPID BECAUSE YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO GET A RESOLUTION. THE FACT IS YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU DO NOT KNOW BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT TRAINED IN THAT FIELD! YOUR NOT STUPID! AND YOU SHOULD NOT BE TREATED AS SUCH! SAME THING WITH REPAIR WORK ON A CAR....WE DO NOT KNOW WHAT WE DO NOT KNOW AS WE ARE NOT THE TRAINED PERSON...IF WE WERE YOU WOULD NOT HAVE A STINKING JOB. It is a big pain in the butt to bring a vehicle to a repair shop...you miss work and are without a car for ??? who knows how long. We purchased the vehicle and this provided the Mechanics with a job. If that Mechanic does not want that job he should go elsewhere and not work with the public. I would LOVE for my wife to be treated as an intelligent human who has the right to ask for her JEEP to be done the right way! Why should we have to expect less. We are not unreasonable people! Why is GOOD, KIND, AND HELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE SO HARD TO GET WITH YOU PEOPLE? SINCERELY, NOT A HAPPY HUSBAND WHO WANTS OUR FAMILY JEEP TO BE RIGHT!

First off, i brought my vehicle from Westgate a few months ago and I love it. Secondly, my car had a manufacturer recall for the brakes and Dodge and Chrysler just came out with the parts to fix my car. I had to wait a week and a half to get my car in but before I came in that same day I had asked about a loaner vehicle while they repaired the recall and they said it was first come first served and that they had 3 available at the moment. When I arrived, they got my car checked in and I asked how long the wait would be. He said anywhere from 1 to 4 hours. I then said can I borrow a loaner vehicle and I had stated that I had asked about one before I arrived. The service person then asked how old I was and I stated 24 and he said I had to be at least 26. My issue is that even though they could take me to where I needed to go I still had several errands to run before I went to work and the fact that I had called ahead of time and no one ever mentioned it. I have no family in the area so asking them for a ride was not a possibility. I had also purchased and paid for my vehicle from the exact dealership and my age never posed an issue when I test drove and purchased the car. The issue with my car was also not my fault and it is a very serious issue and the least they could have done was make sure I had a vehicle to get to where I needed to be since the wait was extremely long. The service person then mentioned that it was policy that you had to be 26, and if I would have known that i would have purchased my car somewhere closer to home so that if my car ever did have to go in the shop i would have to worry about transportation. I dont no many or any person that would sit and wait in a repair shop for 4 hours. Because of this issue I would not get my vehicle repaired today at the one dealership that guarenteed me great service and help with anything after the purchase of my car. I will definitely not be returning.

We would give this dealership 20 stars here if we could!! We found the car we wanted online for one of the best prices weve seen out there, with great miles. We immediately contacted the dealership through the link on the website, and they called us within 10 minutes to give us more information. We were from out of state and would be coming up 9 hours to see the car so wanted to be sure everything was in order before we left. We had a trade in, so they got the VIN and any extra features the car had, and called us within another 10 minutes with an offer on that. They didnt try to low ball us, and were so fair! It was the best deal we had gotten on the car so far. We were planning on having to finance a bit of the new car we wanted from them, so we then filled out their application online which was submitted to someone right there in the office to work with. We had everything taken care of with an interest rate and payment amount within another 30 minutes! It was amazing. Everything fell into place, they were the easiest dealership in the world to work with, we loved the car, so took off to Indiana the next day with complete confidence. Upon arriving they already had the car cleaned, detailed and ready for us. We took it out for a test drive, came back, signed a few papers and literally were back on the road in about half hour! They were so friendly, went above and beyond, took care of everything, made it all so simple for us, and we have nothing but amazing amazing things to say! They werent pushy at all, and made us feel completely confident. THANK YOU so so much Westgate. And a huge huge thank you to Josh for helping us figure it all out! We LOVE our new car!
